I don't understand why after 4 years of game development, the game has reached version 0.38 even though it is reaching the epilogue of the story. Does anyone know if the developer maybe wants to insert other paths or go ahead and upgrade the graphics and maybe bring it to 1.0?

If I'm not mistaken there should only be two or three updates left with various endings. After that he announced that he was stopping
Maybe he's just counting up with the version number, rather than showing progress towards completion? So, like, say there were 3 more main updates and then the game was finished, and it would go: .39, .40, .41, (bug fixes), 1.0, or something like that.
There's probably a standard practice for version numbers, but considering that I've seen people with version 4.3a or some shit, I don't know that everyone is following them.

Can someone help me? After the battle with the ice girl and her friend Leo—whether I win or lose, and whether I choose Simon’s help or not—it sends me to the door with three lit torches, and I can’t do anything else. Is this the end of the content (V0.37c P2)? What should I do?

i just replayed that part, won the fight and rejected Simon's offer, and the game proceeded without problem

I like this game but It takes too damn time. And Renpy version is not up to date. How long it takes for you to play from beginning to the current place ?

I chose the fight x666 route, and after the battle with Simon, he was sealed in a chamber, now I'm back in manillas house. If anyone took the same route as me, can you please let me know if there are any updates for this path?

well. if u were to luck out and some1 passed by yer comment in a year or so, after which the dev would knit up an ending for justice path or just a good ending in general, u may get a message, so in other words even my post is pointless, coz by that time both of us will most likely forget about this. still posting it though in case that passerby sees my comment would notify meh ass well

i don't know, i'm not the dev, i speak based on my perception of the dev's working demeanour, and i meant not to mock the dev's delivery of content, i literaly meant about a year for him to wrap up the currently known routes that still need developement including the upcoming update and then John Doe's route, and again i'm only speculating, probably a patron can say more about this, however a year is long enough for any1 to change their mind several times on something like developing a game. so we can only wait i think.
