If you're at the park while in the same day as needing to find John Doe, talk to the elderly couple in the upper right corner. The guy will tell you to return at night I think. Then just go about your day until you get home, then change into the Sex Bomb outfit and head to the park again.

tried it right after the sex and cutted down the days to 1.
but after going to sleep, the message with "thank you for playing ... " appears and the game ends.
i can't give birth to a child and afterwards continue with the quests.
weird.
