Because written word doesn't have tone it can sometimes be read in a different light than it was intended. A simple and common issue.

Maybe i'm sensitive, it's a possibility. Having worked at homeless shelters and similar jobs for a number of years i can't say that's something i've ever been accused of. But like i said, it's a possibility. it's also a possibility that your reply was cuntish. maybe the truth is somewhere in the middle, who knows.
