How Max managed to fool all the God's to believe that he is the one and if the MC is not the son how can be his replacement.

I bet Max originally didn't try to fool anyone. The gods just fucked up and handed power over to a complete asshat.
Max is the father, the MC is in concurrent timelines in which he also fathers himself. its the very definition of a time paradox. Because the magic world exists across time, we see what is, what can, and what could be.
Convoluted, confusing and convenient (for the writer anyways, but fun to play with no less)
2) She's not. she serves them as an observer. Everything got messed up because she interfered when she shouldnt have.
3) I would imagine he has all the gifts bestowed upon him but no longer any more support or future gifts as the contract is now broken
4) Maybe, maybe not. nothing says he has to do anything he agrees to if he can find a way to break the contract. He's just been given a new ending to the story.
5)Doubt travelling through portals will protect the girls from max other than to keep them hidden for a moment. I would expect intervention.
Alexandra being good is a question of relativity. To the MC she is probably good, but ultimately that is because she wants neutrality and for the gods to stop fucking things up. If the MC wasn't in the situation he is in, he could be tragically torn to pieces by max and she probably wouldnt care. She has her own agenda, good or bad would seem to not be part of that.
