I read the premise and a couple of comments and got exited about the game. But I expected a lot more than i got. i'm done with day 3 from week 1 and to be honest it's hard to continue...
the storytelling is terrible. some sentences don't make sense at all, but i guess english may not be strongest language of the dev, so i don't hold that against him. but even if we ignore that, the story is still badly told.
story scenes are jumpy, you have to constantly fill story beats with your mind. it's like a kid trying to tell a story, and is constantly forgetting to tell things and you have to ask him yourself, with the exception that here you can't actually ask. and just to be clear, i'm not talking about foreshadowing and plot points that are held back intentionally. those are ok. i'm talking about regular stuff.
i will give the freshest example for me - so MC is talking with Amber, she is telling about her backstory and his dad being a horrible person. then suddenly, Zeus appears (and appears is actually wrong word, if she ACTUALLY appeared it would help, but she is just there, among more characters) talking about wiping his memory and whatever, and you are reading like a whole new scene. by the end of it you start to grasp what they are talking about and you see MC on the ground behind them so you put two and two together. i mean ok, at that point you connect the dots, but that's still terrible storytelling. there is no transition. add a bit of narration, how they appear and freeze time (if that's what actually even happened), lead the reader in their thinking - why they appeared, why they want to wipe his memory, how they do it. yes the reader would eventually understand things after like 10-15 sentences, but when you are doing this constantly it's frustrating and exhausting.
and this happens ALL THE TIME. even during mid scenes. i'm constantly thinking i have skipped something and i return back, only to find out i didn't. it's like someone took the text and deleted like 30-40% of the sentences at random and you are left with one hot mess to read.
another point is that everything happens way too fast, all characters are basically naked from the get go and they want your dick. no foreplay, no winning them over, nothing. yes some say "i don't want now, maybe later." but that's it... I get that some people prefer faster games, with not a lot of reading, hell i hate the games where you have to read like 4 hours just to change the scene, but this is on the other extreme.
the characters - there are a lot. but as of now, i don't see the point of it, except for having different models. most characters feel the same, they act the same. only their appearance is different. none of them have any personality whatsoever, at least not as of end of day 3. even with the backstory we are given about some of them, they still feel hollow and uninteresting.
the graphics - the models are nice, they feel cute and sexy. the strange is that they are sexy until the sex scene happens. the sex scenes themselves are not very good and don't feel that sexy. partly because of the writing (lick, lick, moan, moan) partly because of the images themselves - they just feel very lifeless, and i don't think smoother animations would help. it's more of placing of character, camera angles and again - writing.
usually i try to give more of a constructive criticism. but here, there is no foundation on which i can stand on and be constructive. other than advising the devs to take some classes on storytelling and writing. focusing more on the quality of the characters instead of their quantity. just ditch some so you can focus more on the others, and i don't mean 4k rendering and things like that, i mean fleshing them out as character. so they feel different and interesting.
at this point I'm more willing to just look at at this as a pictures without context, than actually playing/reading it.
