uncensored+ just has both the censored and uncensored content I believe.

No, the patch is to uncensor new content in the updates, so patch 12 will only uncensor content up to day 12

This is the first time taking this long Incest + loli patch don't get updated after game update i hope to see it quickly because i download the game without waiting for compressed because i realy like to play quickly but this patch thing holding me back...

Yeah Tier 3+ (3 Days), Tier 2 (3 Days), Tier 1 (3 Days) so after 9 Days I make it Public.
Maybe the leaker didnt liked the way how I handle the Updates, but everyone knows that I dont let you wait far to long for a Release and I know that not everyone can afford to Support a Dev.
The Release Shedule is to give my Supporters some Time to Play it.
