It was good while it lasted, so we must make sure this game isn´t totally erased from the Internet.

I'm confused how exactly does this not constitute a derivative work? Part of fair use if something that changes the source material right? Nintendo of course never made porn games with the franchise, is it just too close to the regular mario platforming style to wanna risk it, or is it just a general fear of the legal costs to defend this game even if it's possible?

3.48 is the latest and last version, it seems. No idea when 3.49 would have come out as the lat Patreon post was in March of last year and the guy was on hiatus since, with Covid pushing things back too. Who knows, might have finished it otherwise?
