Man, I am happy I found this game again. This game is one of the reasons Peach is my favorite princess
So is there a way to contact the man? In his last post he claimed that will try to complete the game and then disappeared for 3 years, but his patreon is still up
yeah, about that, paypal doesn't allow pornographic content to be funded through their platform and he never got swift up and running so the money is just locked away as far as i understood

I think in Legend of Krystal someone said no one has heard of him, and that some people tried and got no response. I think he's okay, he just needs space indefinetely.

It's not like he didn't want to finish the game. He got sued by Nintendo.
*Edit: My bad. I'm an idiot. Thanks for lordlundar for correcting me. It was a Cease and Desist notice. English isn't my strong suit, so if it gets to technical and specific terms come to play, I make mistakes. Writing he got sued, seemed to be an easy enough explanation.

A C&D is basically the step before filing suit. C&D means the cogs of litigation are soon or already have started to spin up. I do remember back on the LOK forums when he announced this.

While he could have pushed forward he would have been ruined by it. If it went to actual filings it would have been horrible, legally Nintendo would have bankrupted him. Then you add in any damage to his reputation for being outed in his local community as a "Degenerate". It was definitely a lose/lose.. I just hope the fellow is doing well and is happy.
And I'd love someone to pick this up and finish this, but.. if anyone said they planned to I'd tell them to avoid it like the plague. Nintendo has always been one of the most vindictive companies in gaming, in regards to litigation.

so maybe i can help, i assisted Ivan sometimes, and was the one who finally got him to sign up for a patreon, he almost immediately got flagged for porn by paypal so he never withdrew any of the money.
my understanding was that stress from his everyday life caused him some big problems, (he took a job from a software consulting company one of the really bad ones) and hurt his back, then the nintendo C/D happend and i think it was to much for him, i haven't heard back from him in forever, i really hope he is alright.

That's quite sad, then. I've read in the LoK forum that ivan aedler had released the 3.49 version but i couldn't find it anywhere. I just hope he's fine right now. Big companies are trying to sue him and make his life hell just because he made his own parody game using princess peach. Fucking corporate POSs.
I believe the 3.49 version was never released, so no one would have it sadly.
