Id like to also add that this right here is very likely why Ivan got hit so hard with his return.
Patreon screws you because suddenly nintendo has the perfect angle of 'youre making money off our ip'
This isnt to say thats how it always is. AM2R got nuked from orbit the moment it dropped, and afaik, the dude didnt have a patreon or dono options set up for it.
But i wouldnt be surprised if Ivans patreon and the fact he made money because of the project is what put him on the big N's radar.

Extremely fun adult game... I came across it by chance on a joke website... So I searched for it on Google and here I am... I love the Mario game on Big N, all versions... So the idea of the developer here to spice things up by making this delicious parody (who has never imagined these naughty things?) is excellent... It's sad to know that the game has been abandoned...
I hope with all my might that it's not because of copyright... Because if it is... The adult film parody industry will go bankrupt...

most likely, yeah, dont know about them but if it was another copyright involved from another company and ivan didnt start a patreon he would be fine by now
Let us all hope Ivan is in good health and doing fine. It's a shame the game got stuck incomplete.

Ivan never actually collected any money from his patreon, it took me forever to convince him to even make the thing, and when he finally did he set it up with paypal, imidately got flagged (paypal doesn't allow porn) and couldn't collect the money. he then had to set up some other service, but would rather just spend the time developing the game... so i don't think he ever collected a single dime, not sure what happend with the money, i hope it got returned to the supporters

I hope someone tries to pick this up, this is one of my all time favorite porn games. I first played the old playshapes version and I loved this version too. I hope it gets revived somehow.

That actually sucks. If this is why Big N struck, then they wouldnt know if he actually collected without discovery, which means court, but by then it wouldnt matter because they have the legal grounds to sue even if its under suspicion. So its an extra special kind of tragic that he's not only being hit with the dmca, but hes still *technically* in the legal right since he never got a dime, but he has no way of proving it definitively in a way that big N would accept without court.
Though that said, intent does still count for something, at least here in the states, and legally there would be grounds to show the intent to make money was there, even if he failed to make the money, so even if he did have the funds and will to clap back, he'd most likely still lose.
how do you use the debug menu, everytime i lose all 3 lives im forced to reload rather than continuing? it is very irritating and i dont know how to just continue, any help would be nice (continues are turned off in my debug and idk how to change it)

there is no debug menu, only the cheat codes, you are proberbly seeing the debug view that was designed to help Ivan understand bugs
flash player 12 is alot more smooth, also the amount of work is tied to the window resolution, so smaller res less cpu

not sure, but i recommend downloading the standalone flash player version 12 and running the swf version, also it was never designed with 4k in mind so i recommend running the game below 1080p because otherwise the physics get kinda glitchy, e.g. falling through the ground
