Why can't dev make the futa/Trans optinal? So ppl like me wouldn't give it a miss.

Because in order to do that every scene would have to rendered twice so updates would twice as long to produce or be half as long each time

There are 100s of games without futa content, try one of those

With futa side characters, sure, and even with a main love interest but the protagonist? You really haven't considered the amount of work required for that. Every scene with Marli would need to be re-rendered each time, not just to account for the change in genitalia, but also for the entire flow of the scenes (unless Marli exclusively wore a strapon which I suspect isn't what you're asking for). It's easy to ask a dev for something but it's generally a good idea to think through the implications before you do

One final point, since it's tagged as a kinetic novel you really shouldn't expect much in the way of choice
