Tell us if the pregnancy is an actual mechanic or not! One would think it would be with the name and premise, but I have been disappointed before.

Played the Japanese version when it came out, pregnancy is not a mechanic, and there are only a couple of scenes with it.

This one was announced several years before it was released and had some of the tags I look for, so I was looking forward to it, but it ended up being pretty disappointing (for us preg lovers), unfortunately. Note I'm talking about the original release, though. Not sure if anything was added later.

It seems a bit disappointing, sadly. The gameplay sucks. The design is horrible. Giving up after an hour in. It's just a fuck scene viewer. No actual gameplay.

There is a sort of gameplay in terms of puzzle solving, combat, and dungeon crawl. Combat have no decision to make at all, just press attack. Zero leveling, tactic decision, or gameplay. There's top down combat/dungeon crawl, but it's way too easy and basically walking simulator.

That's why I've generally been an advocate that many tags should really be separated into "major" and "minor" tags.

Repeated pregnancy and birth as a gameplay mechanic? -> major
Pregnancy in a single ending scene? -> minor
MC is a futa? -> major
A side character takes a temporary futa pill in one scene? -> minor

Many people will ask where you draw the line, but it doesn't really matter as long as there is a line somewhere. The most important goal would be to sort out the obvious examples. Actually, scrap the "major" tag, since that comes with too high expectations. Just use the normal tag, and then add a minor version of the tag with a description like "only comes up once or twice". That should do 90% of the work.
