You know literally nothing about anything. For starters 3DS Max doesn't enter into game design, which makes your whole rant reek of ignorance, but moving on.

This is not 2001. You don't pointer and array your game from scratch. This is literally a matter of taking any freely available basemesh, tugging at a few facial features in zBrush and porting the whole rigged fucker directly into your engine of choice. You import animations, you import shaders, you plaster a few crappy featureless maps onto a UV already generated for you, import physics packages or take thirty minutes to turn your mesh's tits dynamic in Maya.

Ever wonder why these 3D games never go anywhere? (Same goes for Visual Novels) Because what I just mentioned is where people start thinking "Hey, this is easy!". They release their shit and suddenly they're faced with the colossal black hole of actual game design. That turning that bit of Akeytsu bullshit they call a cowgirl scene into an actual game is absurd amounts of work. That making a real time animation is no more or less work than a rendered one. That you need features, and features need assets, and unless your features are like everyone else's features, you will need to make them.

Then the whole thing starts crumbling down around them. Every 3D game so far has come out with this tech-demo garbage, and every single one of them is stuck in featureless-release limbo. They always will be, because 3D game creation is stupid amounts of work, and the gimps that dump their quick asset-imports into this community never become aware of it until silly folk like you have already fallen for it hooklinesinker.

i use blender for like 5 years now, creating my own assets from nothing. tested and analyzed renpy for months. using unity for months too and unreal recently due to the lack of explication on it in my language..

so, yes, i cant say what is what because i m too stupid ....

move on back to this thread game topic. thats just an useless talking anyway. no surprise peoples are like : " oh look ! an Unreal game ! great ! but oh shit ! this game should probaby not run into my pc... because its unreal .. i dont know any other reason.. why didnt they make a renpy or rpgmaker then ? fuck know why... "

my knowledge is good enougth to say that renpy is litteraly an baby toy compared to unreal or unity.

but whatever.. end of story.

I played it, it isn't bad, but the animation need work to be smoother and the ai following for the chick could use work. the sex scene part needs fine tuning for the first person camera and the controls. but other than than this does look promising. also on height, dude i would assume is probably like 6ft and chick is probabl 5ft 4 or something.

I get your point however you are very wrong on the 3dsmax front. in games design its 3dsmax and maya that are the kings of the industry, yeah people use blender until they actually have an income and can afford maya (3dsmax is good but to be honest maya is a lot better :p ) I myself am trying to transition to blender from maya as I cannot afford it. anyway they do make a valid point about how 3d games are so much harder than a daz renpy game. but you also make a valid point on how some people just import assest and throw it together and then realise how hard shit is and shit the bed and run.

I myself enjoy it but i procrastinate and play games more than i make them XD. most games these days (by most i mean outside of hgames as i can't speak for them, so only apply this to AAA and dev games) are usually made with a pre existing engine, as there isn't much of a point making your own game engine when unity has done it for you (unless you are AAA game devs then by all means spend the time making a 3d engine but for devs it isn't worth it when unity and unreal engine are free) also you would be surprised how some people still make characters in maya instead of zbrush. but most 3d games are assets they made and textures animations uv unwrapping and fucking bloody bullshit fucking cancer joints and fucking weight paint fucking bullshit..... yeah i hate that part its not fun.. but hey the result is cool. and then they script the game itself, as unity is only a physics engine with a few sub par scripts for certain things, anyone making a game will need to know a least one coding language or have someone do it for them. and then boom you have a game. its things like that which is why that other 3d game with that wizard chick is taking so damn long and build can be very different as things will constantly change to find what works best. So there are 3d games that go places, bonetown, bonecraft i think it was, just to name a few. I know there are more but they are not the massively popular way to make porn games as not many in the comminuty care enough about gameplay over porn content, most are perfectly happy with quality hscenes in a renpy or rpgmaker game, and yes I am one of them. but i do like the surprise of the odd good 3d game here and there. I myself am quite enjoying horny asylum, much better than the let down of strangers in a strange land (it was a let down for me at least, gameplay was awful imo).

any advice on how to get good with unity? finding it difficult to transition from maya as the layout and tools are so different.

I played , game is a bit lag

but I played Tails of Azeroth so Smooth

maybe there are too lots objects on map or etc

or separate map for parts reduce lag

there are 2 lakes 1 house , lots of trees and rocks , and Trail is narrow

since the game is in heavy beta it hasn't been optimised properly yet. should be smoother in later updates.

Interesting Game and Story .. but It needs to be optimized further, since it is a bit lag when i played it.
