Upd: not bothered much about memories breaking the save functionality enough, but here's some dirty fix for missing scene in form of patch.xp3. Just drop it with the rest of xp3 files, engine will load it just fine. It contains patched sysmemory.ks to check if image was read instead of scenario, seems to fix the issue just fine.
I might look into wtf they did with scripting to have semibroken gallery,
OBSOLETE: but here's the fix: try loading the first save. If it doesnt work, use the save above, save in first slot and replace data0.bmp from my save.
Btw i think i kind of know the reason, since it cant save after viewing the gallery. Something is very cursed with kirikiri in this game

I just realized that for some reason after I close the game, the memory from after the table is deleted
You can get around this because I saved the desk scene directly so if you just play on that save instead of through the memories u can still see the scene

I've downloaded this and i think i installed it. I ran the local installer and made an account but i have no idea what to do next. Is there some way to run the game through emulator or am i missing a step? i apologize for my ignorance but this is the first time i've downloaded or played a game like this

there should be an option called "locale emulator" or "run in japanese admin" if you right click the .exe file

I tried this and it seems it didn't solve the issue. The Game still crashes whenever i click "load" or try to create a new save. The game was working fine at first but earlier today i restarted my computer while it was still up. ever since then i've been having this issue. I don't know if that little information helps

Even if we ultimately can't fix the problem i appreciate you taking the time to help me.
