Does the modded version from the top post contain all the content of the original game + something else or not all the original content + something else. Also, what does it have extra?
If you are referring to the one modded I had added, it has everything in the original, plus some extra things added by Limpy and by other modders
Both, it depends from the point of view. The modded one has some extra content, and the model is slightly different. I personally like both models. But the modded one has also some cheat incorporated, which can be useful and did not exist in the original. At the same time, the original has some detail that in the version used as base for the modded one was removed - but it is a minor element, I guess removed because Combin discovered that something that one detail that is OK for Japan, could have been frowned upon, or more, in some other country.

hey ummm the protagonist is written to be 16 yo, it is written TWICE, shouldn't this be removed ?...
Actually, the version most diffused, does not have that information. It was only contained in the original game if one went in the hero notepad and looked at the data there - the physical appearance of Rachel was anything but a typical 16 years old, so nobody thought about it.
F95 rules forbid pre-puberty, with those boobs and the capacity to kick the ass of adult men, Rachel is anything but pre-puberty. It is true that in some country, they could anyway object to the fact that she is somewhere indicated to be 16 and she can be engaged in sexual intercourse, but that depends on where you are, plus, the information was eliminated in other versions of the game, and given the look of Rachel, nobody thought about it.
The version modified by Limpy had pictures made using Limpy's model, who is also very definitively not foreseen as a 16 years old (effectively, I remember at the time Limpy himself had not realised the 16 years old thing).

You need to download and install the runtime for RPGMaker, the tool that was used to create the game. Search for xp_rtp104 on the internet, that should work
You cannot, or better, you can only in a limited way. If you press enter+alt (if I remember well the combination), the window will expand to be full screen, however, the resolution will not scale up. Remember when this game was originally made, the resolution of most computers was what it was.
