I'll be honest, no shade on the folks that keep playing these, but it's starting to piss me off how miel never tries at all to iterate or evolve their story. I get these are easy to churn out and they put money in the payroll accounts, but seriously they have some decent artists and (obviously) solid experience making games by now; it's creatively disappointing that they're not leveraging any of that to try and stretch some toes out of their niche.

Miel formula is unique and if they changed it no one else will follow.
That would be killing a genre.

They could always do both, you know. Trying something different every once and a while doesn't remove their ability to easily churn out these games over and over.

Well risk taking isn't exactly advised right now because of covid.
Heck other than certain companies like say Clockup, japanese eroge devs usually stick to their niche (Like some are school setting or a particular fetish).
But yeah so long as they keep making their usual games one that deviates wouldnt be bad.

So you basically want a Black Lilith game? Because that's what you would get. Miel is Black Lilith, but corruption ramped up to comedic levels and arguably "lighter" content

It's not a case of "too Japanese", the problem is how the pixels are applied to a lot of these games.
A hell of a lot of them are done during the drawing process meaning that's the actual picture not an effect applied after. The only way to remove the pixels is have someone redo the artwork around the genitals, Mangagamer does that quite a bit.
The issue is that process either requires a dedicated artist or someone willing to pay for one and they are not cheap.
Some games have the pixels applied later and those are easier to deal with.
That's also why you will never get a decensor patch for all of them. As for this one, it doesn't have one.
