Same thing happens to Jessica

although the first time Hannah and Jessica were in the bed, this did not happen

You need to complete the story chapter "the visit" with Hannah. On the following day, there is a green symbol at the kitchen. This will start the introduction of Jessica. After that, you have to buy some furniture for her room and after you did another scene with Hannah (which triggers on the following day after you bought the furniture), you can start the first chapter with Jessica. Hope this helps you out

Bought the furniture, and on 2nd day MC will build the bed with Maid No. 1.
