MC and Devon are taking it slow to build a relationship. I'm guessing that's due to the game and him fucking around and eventually taking over the Pink Box and they will settle down at the end.
That's kinda the entire point of the game.

The MC is helping Aimee make her own fantasy a reality, but it needs to be done slowly. Having her give Bob a blowjob while the MC is fucking her was already pushing it for a first encounter.

In my opinion, the author initially planned the game as a game where the MC fucks all the girls together with other guys or himself. But with the appearance of Devon, he was pelted with stones by "good Samaritans" with demands for romance in the game and in general that only they were alpha males there and no "extra" content with anyone else. Well, the author did not completely give in (it seems), but he made concessions and gave them Devon to be torn apart (maybe there were other changes), making content and a story with her in accordance with they tastes (well, the absence of some moments from the previous part already seems to say a lot). And no option where they have a choice in behavior and decision-making did not suit them, only a complete lack of an alternative and nothing else, only the "pink" path (but not the one in the box)). So in the end we got what we got. That is, it is not clear what, because the original ideas of the author were suppressed by fans and mixed with his main ideas that did not really fit together initially. Well, what can I say, he was warned not to follow the wishes of the fans and to make the game at his own discretion. It's a pity that he didn't succeed.
Those were the two examples that made me post my comment, though there have been others in previous updates, I'm sure. Aimee in this one too (I've not finished playing yet, so maybe more). I did like the conversation with the sperm doner for that second screenshot just after this, could lead to some more interesting times (not that we need any help there...).

I think her disappearing is due to her being a cosplayer. She seems to love dressing up in Star Wars costumes, I'm betting that she also makes money from it. She's likely not ready to tell the MC about it yet, as she's probably afraid of what he will think of it. She doesn't know about the pictures that Bob has been sharing with him, but him seeing the pictures of her dressed up in her room could be the first step.

Devon doesn't work there at the moment, like Charlie said, she isn't like them.
There's probably something to do with the Girlfriend clause, like she has to agree the MC can sleep around, but she also gets to be a part of the business.
I don't look at Ella and see the bartender. I could be wrong, but I'm just not seeing it.
