No, the 10 dollar tier was just released tonight.
That was literally from his discord at nooon today (about 14 hours earlier from right now)
Perhaps I should have specified I was talking about the price, not the version number. As in "It's not out for 10" meaning it's not out for the 10 dollar tier as would be the normal context when talking about patreon release tiers.
I feel like this is mostly a translation issue, as most english speakers wouldnt take "for 10" to be referring to a version, in that case they'd expect a sentence like "version 10 hasn't been released". Either way, moot point now since it was posted.
I didn't understand that you were talking about price, I thought you were talking about the version itself. Plus I use a translator because I'm not English.

No, because I asked a hero to share the version, and he told me it wasn't for $10, who cares, there was already the online version for $20. So that's how I realized he was telling me version 0.10 wasn't there.
