On this point specifically, the cost to rent such a vehicle is set at a high enough price that it ends up being prohibitively expensive to most people. Sure, anyone can rent one, but few individuals have $2-3k in expendable income to spend on renting a car for a day. Likely, the majority of your clientele ends up being people that could buy a Lamborghini, but don't want to buy a Lamborghini.Another perspective is acknowledging that not only does a slave-girl not degrade in value as they're used, they gain experience and skills and actually appreciate in value. Regarding your Lambo example it would not surprise me to find out there's a significant percentage--if not an actual majority--of Lamborghinis that are owned by upscale rental and leasing agencies (much like limousines are) as the number of people who could afford one for a day or two as a special treat greatly outnumbers the amount who could afford paying for one outright along with the maintenance and insurance required.
I feel like Aria should start with a high fame level because she is already quite famous. While we're at it, completing Caitlin's quest in a certain way should give them fame, as well. Either starting as a bottom rung two-bit whore seems odd considering most would pay more to bang a famous person. Your character says himself, Aria's initial cost is more than most families make in a year in Ikaanos. And yet you're going to whore her out to nobodies for a pittance? That would be like parking that Lamborghini Huracan right next to the Nissan Sentra at your local

in town. It's a system that doesn't exist in the game as it is, but would be cool to see. A metric of its own that tracks an individual slave's fame gains and losses from whatever and applies that as a modifier for returns on prostitution income. Free Cities, I think, does this marvelously. A girl has been your Head Girl for a long time and is known as being devoted and good at what she does? Famous. Badass nurse? Famous. Previous royalty? Famous. Just the act of owning any of them ends up bringing you prestige.
On that point, it would be cool if a subdued Aria gave a daily influence bonus. Same would go for a couple other slaves. Like how that one mercenary used to give you +2 influence a day just for being in your employ because he was a badass.
