Not for public version. So, can you capture slaves in combat?
What the heck are you talking about?I'm going to be honest, friend, the icon you have reminds me of the meme of a Jew rubbing his hands,
There seems to be some confusion on this as it gets asked a lot, here and on the discord. I'm pretty sure it works this way.
The public version is the game, which is version .8.1.8 at this time. If you subscribe to:
Tier2 you will get to start a Great House, acquire a custom slave and start a family quest line along with extra cash and a unique revolver as a reward for subscribing.
Tier3 is the same as Tier2, but you get the public version a week or so earlier before public release.
Tier4 gets everything Tier2 does plus it has some enhanced starts that are basically OP, but saves you having to began at level 1, so to speak. What it gets is access to all the changes and additions that Grim is adding to the game between the public releases. This works as a QC check of the game to find bugs, balance issues, etc. as he works to smooth everything out before the public release. He is constantly updating this and sometimes drops new versions weekly, it seems. You can follow the game progress on his discord.
If you quit at anytime from one of the tiers and go back to the public release you will have all that you have built and earned before opting out. You can downscale and then receive the additions from that Tier only. Certain things in Tier4+ might not be available to the public release so those you would lose, i.e. slave market (the ones you had acquired are there, but no renders for them since those won't be included in game until .8.2 is released.
You will no longer get any more updates on the family quest line or have options of the enhanced starts from Tier2-Tier4+when starting a new game.
If you contributed at Tiers higher than 4 to have a custom quest, custom npc or some custom renders created for the game I would assume those remain as long as they have become part of the public version.
If I erred on any this feel free to correct.
I usually ignore wild accusations but this was exceptionally erroneous so it requires a response.wow. I mean the game is fun but this has to be the worst monetization I have ever seen. Paying and you will only get a small chunk of the game, paying more and still not getting all the content. You need to pay almost 50€ a month to get all the content, for an unfinished game. This is EA levels of scummy lol

First – the higher tiers pay for early access. Something you'll eventually get for free.
Second – where did you get the €50 from? You mean $5, right? Because that's the only content tier locked behind a paywall.
Third – regarding that locked content, while not crucial for game progress, it still holds a rather big "chunk" of gameplay, especially in 0.8.2. So technically those who feel they want to contribute only have to pay $5 to unlock all of MoR's content, which is a custom slave, a quest and some unique equipment. If you don't want to pay anything, that's perfectly fine too, and you get at least 50+ hours of gameplay for free.
I grant early-access and some cheat templates for those generous subscribers who pay for higher tiers – as a token of gratitude. MoR wouldn't be the game it is today if it wasn't for them. But it's absolutely not required to get access to The Last Relative quest.
Haha, what are you talking about? Spheremasters (and Chancellors) have no extra content - just tier requests. No, I actually mean 50€. The "Spheremaster", which has own events and chars. 5€ would be scummy enough for an unfinished porn game but this is just ridiculous. I get that you want to make money with your work. I am fine with early accesses and support and have supported such projects before. But would never support a project locking entire content forever behind a paywall, especially not 50€. I mean you even have 100€ tier. Come on. Have you worked in the C Level at EA or Ubisoft?
Ah ok, apologize then. Misunderstood your tier descriptions. Still not a fan of the lock so won't support. But good luckHaha, what are you talking about? Spheremasters (and Chancellors) have no extra content - just tier requests.

Ah, yes, I suspected some form of misunderstanding here. Tier requests from Chancellors and Spheremasters become available for all players. It's just a way for those tiers to add some of their own "flavor" to the game word.Ah ok, apologize then. Misunderstood your tier descriptions. Still not a fan of the lock so won't support. But good luck
I'm curious... Why tell a Developer you don't like their tiers so you won't support? If there wasn't a tier there wouldn't be any support anyway, right? Are you saying you'd donate without tiered benefits but won't donate if there is tired content? If so, call me extremely skeptical.Ah ok, apologize then. Misunderstood your tier descriptions. You can be skeptical. But it is what I do. Of course not to any untiered benefits. But if I like the game and it has monetization that fits into my principles I support. Games that have a free release with all content maybe one week after the patreon release are fine, if the content is the same. Unfortunately not too many games offer this anymore. I just can't bring myself to pay to unlock content behind walls. It is a direction I don't like. Probably because I have been playing these games before patreon came around, back when the games did not have much monetization and were done for fun or actual donations.I'm curious...
