What is the exact weather that you need for Stormchild/what indication is there that the weather is right?
In my last game I'm pretty sure I found her when it just said "There's a storm outside" but this game I can't get her to show up, and I've never seen anything saying "stormwave" in-game, only on the wiki
(Just did a quick Ctrl+F in the HTML file for "stormwave" and nothing came up so it's not just bad luck, seems like there isn't anything actually called "stormwave" in the game)

Nothing to do with that. She is in the Watery Eyes slave auction. But you need to have progressed and cleared most of the surrounding areas. Not Raikan. I think it's something to do with number in your household. I cannot say what the criteria is, only and every game she's the first NPC sold at Watery Eyes slave auction. You know it's her. Then it's about getting the Stormchild you want, mine I got Workaholic. But there was another I didn't take with every household skill, lvl 24. She's workshop 120 intellect after boosting her.

Chrystal Heights slavemarket has usually worked for me perfectly fine more than 40 times. I tend to go there during thunderstorm at once I get enough influence to visit the place and I have have grown used to find stormchild there without any difficulty - BUT not during my latest game-run with criminal background (Kingpin).
I usually start as warrior, hunter or doctor and easily find stormchild. Now - as kingpin - I can visit both Chrystal Heights' or Watery Eyes' slavemarkets during any kind of weather the game throws at me and there is absolutely not even the tiniest glimpse of stormchild no matter how frequently I visit those places and however long and hard I try to look for her.
As ridiculous as it sounds to me, I have a nagging suspicion that MC:s background could somehow affect my chances to find stormchild and that the weather isn't the only criteria involved.
(It would be quite easy to check, I imagine. Just haven't somehow felt the compulsion to do that. )

I'm pretty sure she only appears once. If you happen to visit watery heights during a storm in the past and didn't purchase her, then she doesn't appear again.

You must've just forgotten.

It's not a guarantee that she spawns with high value/good stats, so maybe you just ignored a slave with bad stats.

Possible, of course, but I have another suggestion that (if correct) solves at least my little dilemma. It goes like this:
I had been counting days I had to wait before going and buying Aria, whom I had decided to get and whom I knew I needed to set the main quest going. As it happened it was one good thunderstorm going that day and I paid not a single thought for stormchild, though I as an afterthought certainly should have considered her as well. So I bought Aria and forgot stormchild. Simple thing for a simpleton like me.
Perhaps, just perhaps, something along those lines could happen for reasonable folks as well.

Notice that I´m NOT complaining about being unable to defeat the Dengi King. That´s perfectly fine, I have not trained like a psycho, and If Grimdark wants to put something that it´s a challenge for the most extreme gung-ho players, that´s fine.

I have expend 270 hour raising Aria Academic to 80 and Administrative to 100. Enough to make 130 training sessions. Bismark with tits, I call her, but now she is completely inactive, showing the same brain power as an artichoke, doing nothing.

Where is the Republic decree of "levee en masse"? The "We take a loan to raise a company or tanks"? The "Honey, Can you spare to me a million and a thousand rifles to give a nice 1000$ flat bonus and weapons to anyone who join the ranks?"

I have no Strengh or Dextry to talk about, But I have maxed Charm and Manipulation..

Where is the chance to strike deals with the different factions of Ikaanos? Not for free, of course, they can ask for a slice of power in return-. The Two moons church have 950 fighters, The Mosque 650, Kimantos 460, Scandi 460, Cyker House 1250, The underlworld, close to 12000.

And all of them are holding hands waiting to be converted in meat in a Dengi soup cauldron? Makes THIS any sense?

I only can hope that the Dengi invasion, as is NOW, it´s just an unfinished project with half a side to be worked about.

- If The Republic is at war (Confederation, Red Tide, Dengi Invasion) or if Aria is Chancellor, you can now donate money at Town Hall to build powerful regiments of up to 1,000 men. Doing this will give you big Standing and Influence boosts as well as permanently increase your Power Value. You can only sponsor the republic this way up to a maximum of 15,000 men and you also need a Power Value that's 25+ or 15,000+ Influence.
- Both the Second and Third Republic will now purchase soldiers (between 25-100/day, 25% chance) if their soldier count is below 10,000 and if they have enough cash ($100k+). A purchase costs between $6,000-$10,000 and will deplete the republic's funds accordingly.

What was the point of the Kymanto Hall mission. Obviously you were tasked with it first. Aria a disobedient slave is not the hallmark of civilisation? But perhaps you might choose her standing. Why would you? In any case. If you sell her, is it done? As opposed to let's follow the feminist's women empowerment or some shit? Literally what following Aria is, her little rebel mission to take down the patriarchy.

The point, from an in character perspective depends a lot on what you are trying to achieve.

If your character is an idealist, then obviously they are doing this to bring out a better and more equitable republic, this is obviously very naïve, but even if you go through with it, only outright slavery is outlawed, keeping people as as servants is fine, so it isn't like our protagonist is losing much if they are already fabulously wealthy, and more importantly, having been instrumental to the success of a new regime is useful in many ways even if you are not assuming control directly.

However, if you go other paths, such as making Aria completely willless, or entirely corrupt, then it is easy to use the transition of power to put oneself in place as the power behind the throne, your character goes from just being a particularly powerful landholder in Redhaven to having significant influence over the chancellor themselves, a massive boon to say the least, especially when it allows you to help shape the republic to better suit your needs.

Either route obviously is improved further by the main character having a good loving relationship with Aria, very much improving the power behind the throne aspect of the whole matter if she is in love with the protagonist. Her being your wife essentially means putting your own dynasty in power over Ikaanos, which is a massive coup politically speaking.

Of course, that's all in character/roleplay perspective.

From a gameplay perspective, completing Aria's questline gives you massive faction relations with the Third Republic, access to an honorary title (basically giving you the benefits of a nominal government position without the obligations) and Aria's stats depending on how you trained her helps to reshape the republic through events, which can be a boon to certain playstyles who prefer the political stats to be at certain levels, as well as more niche fringe benefits like regular access to certain free supplies, a statue in your yard which gives bonuses, etc. You also get access to an additional mini questline dealing with the after effects of the revolution and the death throes of the previous government. So y'know, more content to play with.

No, in charge, why on Earth would you do it? Logic not propaganda? You have the same station only now you're under a woman. An 18 year old a slave you were supposed to train into a whore. The whore offered a better prospect.

It's funny how you defend it. You would that investment. I hadn't played it yet. none of the content since last year March. It gave me a choice. One choice hasn't been thought through. There's only her choice, it is largely propaganda. Empowering a woman who dethrones the patriarchy, an 18 year old of questionable motives.
