8.) Own a faction and raise its power. Power increases the income and influence daily gain it gives. Factions you can own are Fort Sera (after completing the quest for Fort Sera; called Marston Fort in the faction income screen), The Catholic Church, Warrior's Hall (Aesir), and the Underworld/Fenrik's Tavern. You own the last three by donating enough swords or food or slaves to get to 100 Standing within the faction. The rest of the factions are capped at 70-80 standing, meaning you cannot own them, and some factions do not give income at all (see below Kymanto, Preacher's, and the Academy). Fenrik's Tavern does not give income before 100 standing and each donation of auto rifles lowers control by 1. If your market supply is at 15k for a lot of items and now you cannot sell the knives or rifles manufactured by your Workshop because their sell prices dropped, you can donate the items to whichever faction you choose. Fort Sera gives less income for each power value but they give 100% of their power value to your house so if you want to flex some numbers, Sera. If you want more return per income, Warrior's Hall if you are Aesir, The Holy Virgin if you are Catholic. Not nearly as efficient and not as Get-Rich-Quick as the Workshop set to Manufacturing, but if you have nothing to do at day 1000 or if Zapin Fields give you so much food surplus, it's income.

11.) There is a Family Man start in page 4 of traits in Character Creation that starts you with a wife, a son, and a daughter. Clicking the highlighted text in the info popup changes the wife's focus and influences her starting stats. Names can be changed via clicking too. No incest in the unmodded files. No specific sex renders for Av36 (the daughter) too even if you mod it.

The previous caps were 60 STR / 70 DEX, with a lowered chance of success on the DEX training, so the new caps definitely seem odd.I would suggest that a cap of "80 or the skill of the educator" would be more balanced from a gameplay perspective, and also more realistic.

All in all, it´s a clear improvement over the old slave framework. It´s more versatile, allow a greater control for the player side and delete the very artificial barrier between slaves and other members of the household that allowed you train ones and not train others. And i must say that I like the -20 mod that you receive if you have your household member working in anything, because have caused me some dilemmas, and I like dilemma. But...
Yes. There are a but. What will be the point of this post if i don´t have a but to address? I find the options of physical training overpowered. But not a bit, a lot.
All the options of the educator framework are capped to the educator skill or characteristic value, but the physical training. Never mid what are the stats of the educator, you can train Strength and Dex to 130 and Stamina to 120. And may be makes sense not to tie strictly the improvement of the educated one to the stats of the educator, because you can have some spaghetti arms and keep commanding "give me another pushup"...
But this bring to matters of game balance. Unless your educator it´s heavily overload with templates, you will push the physical button no matter what. We must remember that, per wiki
If your educator it´s a clutz that keeps hanging his toes when jumping the sidewalks, of have spaghetti arms and troubles holding a six-pack and a can opener, or need to sit on a chair and have a rest from a trip to the market, from his point of view, a 80+ strong, gracil or fit character would be the top of the top, because what else do you want. And also makes extremely easy to reach extremely high scores on your NPC.

They usually have (some) good pre-determined traits, high values in some stats and most obviously, they usually have unique sex CGs.
