A bit less important, is I have a save on my pro-Aria Rebellion path where I've finished the 'Prowler In The Dark (3rdpt)' but not gotten the achievement for it.
(I don't know if I've finished it before the achievement was put in, or managed to miss the last stage somehow?)
*Anyway, is there a line I can put in to take the quest back to the final stage or something?
(I'd say do the whole quest from scratch, but I've already got the NPC you pick up from the quest)
Just to clarify, which NPC did you pick up, because there's two possible in that series of quests,

Also HOW did you resolve the quest, because IIRC running away from the final monster doesn't count.

I really hope Grim use his brain and decide against that chancellor idea, you cannot possibly think of being chancellor while being stuck living in redheaven and working as a slaver, risking your life in battles, crawling in shit while being the most important man in Ikaanos, this would be the absolute dumbest decision possible.

Already now it barely make any sense.
Well thats the life of a Roman legatus

Gustavus Adolphus of Sweden: A brilliant military commander, he died in battle during the Thirty Years War

Michael the Brave of Wallachia: He was assassinated after a battle.

Emperor Valens of Rome: He died in the Battle of Adrianople against the Goths.

Pyrrhus of Epirus: He died from a wound inflicted by a tile thrown by an old woman during a street battle

You'll notice that none of them was leading a ragtag crew of 5 with slaves and mercenaries, in slums and wilderness.

ask dev to expand group to 300 people just so we can name MC Leonidas))
this 4 slim female slaves... I meant 4 big masculine mercenaries can count as personal bodyguards, and it's ok for casual walk in town, and technically MC can have an army bigger then some of mentioned above rulers// just try to think 'bout rulers that died not in/after big battles.

Thanks for answering :)
2 NPCs? (I got the cultist guy, I don't remember any others - been awhile though. Who is the second NPC?)

I don't remember how I finished it - it's been ages.
Is it possible to miss it due to a time limit?
(it's entirely possible I loaded it ages ago - completely forgot about the quest, and went & did something else?
I doubt I would have run in the middle of a fight - unless you got the choice not to fight the thing in the first place - I might've saved one to see if that altered anything - siding with the cultists or something.
Go figure I would've loaded the wrong save - this would've been maybe a month after that content came out - been using that 'game' ever since)

This guy could lead the army even though my MC could not

I will never settle for less than a 40 value random again.

The 3rd part ends when you go to Raven Woods, to the hill and there's a few cultists there. Your options are to attack or wait around,

If you wait around, a big ass scary monster will climb up and now your options are to fight or run.

Anything other than fighting the big monster doesn't get you the achievement, AFAIK.

Should not be possible to miss due to time limits, AFAIK.
