Is there a way to restore the orgy scenes? there was one modded version I think but that was for an older version and just adding the pictures does nothing, or well I did that wrong.
I feel people really overestimate how fast Aria can raise Liberty. Granted, my Aria is at 33 corruption, not <9, but most of my Liberty gains are from me pushing for pro-Liberty in the Senate. Currently, I am at Liberty 49, since I switched to lowering city corruption.
Very very slowly and it's mostly RNG really but i prefer to tell that she does makes a push with low corruption. Although to be very honest i'm not quite sure this "push" has that many events.
So as mentioned in other posts you set it to the second thing (Manufacturing I believe) to accumulate Production Points. Since production points are the limiting factor I believe you should base your crafting decisions on that. I did a quick spreadsheet to help me with this decision making and here's what I came up with.
So based on that you'd think just craft knives until the cows come home, right? Not so much, at some point (I believe when you have over 5k knives in the market), the sell price drops from 96 to 80 and it alters your decision making matrix. Rifles become the best choice per production point. And if you're willing to lose the day, you can trek on over to Hamah Bay and sell to the market there for a guarantee that Rifles are the best.
If anyone is curious here are the materials costs I was using the make these decisions. I always head on over to Aimee's to get my materials. A few bucks cheaper, but makes a big difference in bulk :
And while I first thought the time value mattered as a consideration, it looks like there really is no penalty to storing accumulated points. In the cases that Hamah is inaccessible (early/mid game wont be able to defeat pirate blockage), the plasma guns will win out with a 5.21 profit per prod point. Of course, that's not accounting for the finite supply of tech points.
Sidenote; imo vanilla is a WAY WORSE trait for npcs in the house to have than feminist. At least the latter can help over 60 corrup. Though I do wish the game had more nuance to some of these traits - seems too sleighted towards your typical incel power fantasy "control the bitches and make em do what you want". If that sounds harsh - consider...if someone like Epstein's confidante Ghislaine maxwell was an npc in the game, what would her stats/traits be? She helps recruit others in the house, and HELPS the goals of the corruptor mc. Yet she definitely wouldn't be low willpower, and also not malevolent. That archetype seems lacking here, you'd think a game loop focused on coercion and corruption of a large household would have much more of that.

Yeah in my spreadsheet I only added the items from the first page so I wasn't looking at the coilguns, plasma rifles, or power katanas etc... And for those you have to consider the power cores. I don't even know where to get those, I think you can craft them, but I haven't unlocked it yet. So if the only way to get them is to craft them, then I can't see the time investment being worth it overall.
That being said, Combat Knives are still king at 6.1 $/PP (assuming, as you did, that you don't have access to Hamah Bay) until you hit the 5k market cap and the sell price drops. This feels like a good design choice to me, allows newer users to dip their toes into the system and make a decent profit, but you hit the cap quickly so need to vary your production to remain profitable. It also forces variety, as the market eventually does regulate itself and returns to a sub 5k supply, which means you can go back to making knives, until you hit that cap again.
Personally where I'm at in the game I usually wait until I have at least 18k PP and craft up 200 Rifles and make the trek to Hamah Bay, coming back with a cool 150k feels like it's worth the day's travel time to get there and back.

Yeah sounds like knives still make sense at low volumes, but 5k comes up real fast. Power cores can be bought at the medical center in emerald city for 900 a pop, that's in my mat cost.
Real design oversight to have Caitlyn's quest not progress if she's already been freed, now I gotta tinker with variables if that guy's earlier post is true.

Yep it definitely does, but getting to 5k gives you a really solid financial base to work from and invest in other things. Thus why I felt like it was a good design decision to do it that way. It would be boring if Combat Knives were always the only "correct" choice. Having the "correct" choice change based on circumstances and selling point adds an interesting layer to the decision making process.
