I need some help with the disrepair stat.

I maxxed most of the rooms in the house (Dorm, Jail, Training room, Living room, Bathroom, Office, Library, Master bedroom, all Private bedrooms) also the Lush Grove.
The Kitchen, Shrine, Dojo, Guard Tower are lvl 2, the Gazebo is lvl 1 and there is an empty spot for another construction.
The Scrap Heap is still there because I still need to grind some stats there.

I have 12 janitors out of 42 people and the disrepair still goes up (62 at the moment).

What else can I do? Should I add furniture as well?

Upgrading house doesn't really affect disrepair, it's just lowered by janitors.

If your disrepair is going up, it must be what Reij suggested, angry and/or low affection janitors.

Are your janitors angry or have low affection? I use 1-2 janitors and hardly ever have any disrepair to worry about. Janitors that are angry however will add 1-2 daily depending on how angry (3-4 and 5+). Low affection can add another 1-2 points, 1 for unfriendly/despising and 2 for abhorred/venomous.

Thanks for the help. I was assigning the newly captured slaves as Janitors who had negative affection. I removed them and after a few days i can already see the Disrepair going down.

In my run, I decide to play a Muslim. Devotion 130, and I decided expend a lot of money to be the boss of the Muslims. My standing it´s capped at 70, so there are no way to put the power of the Muslim faction under my wing. An unpleasant surprise!

AFIK, you can only vasallize the Catolic Church and the Aesir. Have anyone tried with the 2 moons or the Cult of the elder?

Yes, that was the problem. I assigned several new slaves as janitors until I sold them, so that's why the disrepair was increasing.
I read the wiki page for disrepair, but didn't think to check the Janitor entry. It would be nice if all these extra details would show up in game.

Extortion is, IIRC one small quest in South Redhaven where you have a choice between daily cash or daily merchandise.

Retainer is Scholar class perk

Marston toll is after you control Fort Sera and have cleared out the tower in the Wetlands (above where Fort Sera is), click on the tower again to see how to take control of it.

Al-dahiya no clue. Somehow related to Muslims, I only play as glorious Atheist master race.

You need to to get Aria. You need to be a licensed slaver to access her and Kymanto is the only one who's accepting you, in part due to your brother who sided with them.

Sorry Im not explaining it very well. First of all, the Aria questline is called Slavemasters of Raania not Price of Power. These are two different quests.

In Price Of Power you are sent into a warehouse and find a ledger which you hand in at Kymanto Hall and after 3 hours Mr. Derwin returns and wants to send you on as he puts it a dangerous mission. You get the opportunity to say Yes or No. I chose No and the game says
"Really? If you say No you cut all ties with them..." etc.

So my question is is this a Point Of No Return where I either declare My Allegiance to House Kymanto for all Eternity (meaning locking all other interactions with the other factions) or cut ties with them and remain neutral therefor able to speak to other factions still?

No and the only other great house faction hall currently in the game is House Cyker at Crow's End. Kymanto does not lock any of the current faction HQs. Maybe it locks House Cyker's but I am not sure if Cyker even gives income. And you can always give Kymanto the middle finger and support Aria's rebellion. Surprisingly, I can still access Kymanto Hall.

I'm still waiting for the update that allows us to further the plotline with/enslavement of their guard.

Is there any any viable quartermaster in this game except for Caitlin? I re-rolled Truls and Cassius until they got high Science and Medicine, but they seem to cap science at 73/76, so I can't get the Science 80+ bonus to repair advanced armors.
