it should be up to the player to decide who they wanna enslave or employ, treat better or treat worse etc. taking away player choice in the name of morals is just bad game design

could even involve a special event that if you have many slaves from the orphanage a special powerful anti-slavery rebels raid your house or something, and if you lose, they free all of your orphan slaves etc.

I free all slaves anyway, clear there crimes if needed then free them.

Not for sure what you are talking about for "player choice", you have the choice to enslave the ones you beat in combat for the most part and you can enslave the ones that are still alive at the end.
Then after you get them to like you, you can remove there slave hood and they become servants instead.
The ones you get at auction you remove there crimes and then you can set them free and they become servants instead of slaves.

That's what I normally do as well but atm I'm doing a depraved asshole run. Turns out they still love my guy eventually.

You will need to take classes in coding to understand and that takes a lot of time.
No one here has that kind of time.

Thing is it changes with each new version to an extent. I got it to work once on an earlier version but since then I leave it to smarter people than me.
So I don't think anyone could just teach you a trick to modify something when it changes a bit over time.

There's a line of code that checks if _npc.my_child is true and then sets flags. If you just comment out the lines immediately following that check (or delete them entirely) and then search and delete the checks "npc.mychild isnot true" incest should be enabled.

With the altered file the guy posted a while back they still call the MC "Daddy" etc during the deed. In fact it somehow seems as though incest was intended even though we know it wasn't.
Works out good for people that like that kink.

That's simply because it's the variable any NPC in that same situation calls you. So, the title they refer to you by, regardless of what you or the game set it to. In the case of your children, that defaults to Daddy.

Yeah, I think that's just a thing young girls can call the older MC. Especially if they have daddy issues, probably.

There's a couple guys that mod each new version for us. Check a few pages back if you want the latest version modded.

So yeah, I guess it's not completely pointless to try to do the incest thing.

I already said it wasn't intentional but that it just works out. I'm glad you've experienced an aspect of the game I haven't though.

I'm also having issues with the Secret Garden quest, on 084c

Not the issue other people have been having where you assign someone and nothing happens though, instead the option to assign someone to 'book store' (The Secret Garden, I assume) is simply greyed out?

You must first talk to the owner and see if she needs help or slave or something like that.
But I think you need to find some kind of info that you need to ask her about first, its been a while now since I did that quest.
You can only use Juno for this quest and she must like you to get the quest to move forward.
It tells you in the quest log what needs to be done.
