What is the quickest way to gain points at the senate?
If you mean Palace Rating, just improve the things that bring it passively.

Maxed out Republic Standing should bring 90ish per day, completing New World Order brings 50.

But MoR society is long past the point when the leader was expected to be the baddest guy around and personally lead his retinue in battle, as Mordecai can attest.
Doesnt Mordecai get the boot?
Society has advanced so far, half the citizens run around with knives. Slavery is a thing.
No one can go to their home planet because the tech doesnt exist anymore.
Animals running through town threatening to kill everyone.
Cant even build a wall without parts of it falling down in Kasey Park.
Regressive taxation... Political turmoil... Doesnt seem too advanced to me.

The latest and next updates are adding a route where you don't side with Aria and the rebellion and instead help Mordecai out

Why would an uber alpha Mordecai need help?
Doesnt he have a retinue to do that for him?

If you're talking about how to increase your Senate rating so you can advance up the chain from Orator to High Senator, be prepared to spend lots of money, influence, and palace rating. It's a grind but doable. Right now it appears it's slightly faster if the Rebellion succeeds due to the bonus you get to pass legislation, but it appears to be a bit of a work in progress so that might change.
Right now I know of no short cuts.

122 days and not a single Red Tide or Confederation political event?
I can't say that I remember if I've had those particular end of day events. Nor would I have known that it meant something beyond just the usual game event information. So, there are random end of day events that give access to the town hall build army option? If it is just a random event might as well just make it available from the start or at least give a note during the event that the town hall option is now available.

But you did say, confidently, that you had none of those conditions met...

Yes, no Dengi attack, not at war, Aria not chancellor and not a high senator. If you're saying those events mean the Republic is at war that is news to me.

SugarCube.State.active.variables.faction.

This will give you the list of factions. Choose the one you want to change. Fort Sera for example is warlord1. So it will look like SugarCube.State.active.variables.faction.warlord1.
Do you mind telling me who are the girls in your profile banner and which game are they from?

That sounds like a personal opinion. Can you show me in the code, since I'm not a coder, or even in the game where it says that the Republic of Ikaanos is at war with Hakusan Empire when that Red Tide event occurs? I'd appreciate it.

Otherwise, it's just the event and not a state of war that triggers the Town Hall option to contribute to the army.

Can you clarify what is the difference in your eyes between the Republic being at war as a trigger vs it being triggered by an event? Because the Republic ends up at war as a result of events as far as I am aware.

You gain access to the buying troops system whenever any of the event chains that mean the Republic is 'at war' are active, that means either the Red Tide attack, The Promethean Kingdoms try to fight their battle for independence, or the Dengii attempt to invade.

The option is unlocked for so long as one of those chains are active, if the Republic ceases to be at war, because the event chains that are active conclude, then you lose the option again.

You literally quoted the guy who posted the code a few pages back.
You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.
The event chains are called "lakewar" and "redtidewar" and they unlock the build army option.

Are there furutre events planned for Seve regarding her vestal complex? Or is her virginity not that important anymore after I've seen the current 4 small events?
