The foreman of the workshop doesnt seem to do much.

My main workshop is maxed out with 10 workers with 76 avg. discipline.
With a foreman with 85 int. i get 8864 production points.

Got a new girl with 105 int. so tried using her instead, but it gave me the same amount of production points.

Tried removing the foreman and without a foreman i get 8824 production points.

It seems like a waste of a good NPC to get just 40 production points extra.

Am i missing something?

Seems it does make a big difference for sweatshop, but no difference between 75 or 105 int.

Guess i have been wasting 2 NPC's then.

All products will make a profit and there is no limit on how many you can sell.
The limiting factor is your production points, so i calculate in profit per production point.
A. rifles cost 2000 production points, so at the market you would make 2,1$ per production point.
Knifes make 410$ profit and only require 100 production points, so thats 4,1$ per production point.
Rifles sold in hamah bay make 5,1$ rougly, but you have to pay transport to get there, so its better once you can produce in bulk.

Another tip would be to do the missions for Aimee's Goods in Stokke Hills. Once upgraded, she gives discounts on steel, fasteners and dura steel.

Build 1-3 workshops in your yard.
Put 11 slaves/servants to work on each of them, 10 as workers (better with high discipline), 1 as a foreman (better with high Int).
Build rifles and sell them (in Hamah Bay, for better profit)

With them fully updated (I get it at day 75+/-) you can get +35.000$ per day and workshop. At start, each costs 35.000 and you can expect to get 4000 per day per each one, so you get your money back really fast. Don´t forget that you can get a 25.000 loan from the bank at a very mild interest

how do you get millions out of this? well with the time it takes you train them
