Hello, I cannot get the achievemnt to have 4+ factories at the same time. I have both mines, lumber mill and sapin farm working. What else do I need? I have the hospital from caitlyn, the garden of may's father and the small village next to it. What else am I missing?
Factories refers to Workshops you can build in your yard or the two outside slots in Redhaven.

I have come to regret not picking the "Massive load" trait, when I created my MC. Anyone know, how to add it through Sugarcube? According to the wiki, the variable should be "mctraitload", but I cant see any line with that name in my game.

Thank you very much for any advice.

Try "SugarCube.State.active.variables.load=3" (remove the quotation marks)

I my opinion it is mostly stupid to call the button "withdraw"
I thought that meant "abandon mine" and never pressed it ^^

"Storehouse" or "Stockpile" seems much better :D

Just for your own edification, try the "pause" button at the sawmill.

Even if you end up pressing a button that does something dumb, you can always just load a save.

Thanks for helping me. Another newbie question. Why are most books in my advanced training menu grayed out? Do you need certain level of academics or intelligence to read them? Or do you need to be advanced in the field to a certain degree? How do you find out what the prerequisites are for a particular book?

You have to buy the books from Devious Tools or the Bookstore at Whitehaven. There's a book at Roo and one more from Juno's quest. There's two books from one path of Aria's second questline (The Mare and Sundering Minds). Some are just not available yet (Henna's Medicine, The Beyond, and one more).

That combined with doing anti-willpower lectures in the shrine. -3 willpower per day.

Explaining chores also gives -1 willpower or -3 if you explain in a dominant tone. If you do dominant tone it also raises fear which lowers affection so you'd need to balance that out by taking them to the diner or something to lower fear.

For some reason I can't seem to trigger the Goonies quest despite spending 10+ sessions with Rosita.
Is there an unusual prerequisite that I'm somehow missing?

And asking about Sexual Preferences>Bondage with a Dominant Tone, -1 Willpower per time you ask.

Also, if you can get them to accept the Morning BJ role, it's another -1 Willpower if you Humiliate them. The rest of the BJ can be skipped.

Is there any downside to having all the females in the household sleep on your floor once you get them to undying affection? Figured I could save money on house renovation as long as I'm not recruiting too quickly if this works

Fully renovated house and proper or high end furnishings later on will generate influence and keep household happy. In the long run you'll do well with having things tip top shape. If you're in early game and when in fights, try take out the males first, if you have decent gear smack down the females with a blunt weapon and cap alive, trading them off. Or have them join household and go to a auction, may get you a little more early on, they only cost in beginning with little benefit from keeping the randoms. Special encounters/quests the ones to focus on if wanting keepers, later on you can spend time training and improving them but weeks and weeks for 9-12k sale vs 1-2k instant, rinse repeat, i think quick sales better all over.

I meant for the sleeping assignment for the house rule. I've already captured a bunch of women and I've managed to convince them that BDSM sex is the best thing ever. Or at least that's what they tell me when I ask them about their sexual preferences. When I try to explain sexual duties, the game tells me that they are already my masochistic lover.

So i'm wondering if this fills the requirements and allows me to say stack 20 people on floor saving money on dorms and private bedrooms, that way I can use the money I earn on other parts of the house and my workshop.

Thanks. So the grayed out books are ones I have not acquired yet. I would have never guessed that.

It doesn't really matter I guess. If you don't plan to keep them, anywhere goes. If you do, simple bedrooms cost 500 and have room for 2 npcs.
Unless there's a better plan I'm not aware of. Most of the household sleeps in the dorms and didn't notice serious drawbacks.
