The whipping cane will not kill anyone unless they are explicitly unable to be captured (e.g. creatures) or there is something else going on -- the base chance is 11 percent and the cane is +89 percent.
Open it with a Text Editor, search: /* CHANCE OF INCAP */ or "_slavechance" and change the numbers to what you want. You can even add other weapons if you have some basic understanding of how the code works. Just don't change anything on /*NO-CAPTURE COMBATS*/
Also for people who want more Wives but fear the Penalty (outside of Atheism)
Search:
/* WIFE INFLUENCE EFFECTS */
You can find "set _wife to xx" for each Religion there.
change "xx" to whatever amount you want, Atheist is 99 for example.

I notice it doesn't cover all the religions in the game. While the MC might never become a Hellenist, I can sure see him becoming a follower of Adem, given some of the story hints in the game. Further down the road I guess.
Is there any way to trigger Dengi invasion without restarting from scratch? I didn't know it was a thing when creating the character and I kinda wanna see how well I do now that my char has ~130 combat stats and a decent party.

Yes. Game Settings page 3. You can turn on the Dengi invasion and it will have a [Dengi Invasion in] countdown that you can adjust the days of until the invasion.

Horrendously. Even outside of Grimdark difficulty.
A lot of places have more than 1 page.
Did you know for example, your house can fit more than 8 slaves!

Unfortunately, it looks like unique weapons don't have the same entry for _slavechance as the basic weapons do and the sacred mallet is referred to as "mal" making it impossible to search for.
Edit: Slightly more cheaty, but I just changed the manhunter modifier from +15 to +89 and that worked.

I have given myself the sacred mallet as well as machine gun and ice sword if you want I can try to find the code again might take me a day or two as I got work

Edit: The WIP note does probably mean you're at the end of current content.
