Too be fair, GD has def made this game grindy for a reason. LOTS of stats to grind to get things wherever you think "perfect" is. LOTS of NPCs to grind out those stats on. Or debug menu for those who can't stand grinding that much.
It's because the amount of people, also had the house finished before stepping outside, then picked the ones I needed for guards, maids and rest jobs and boosted their stats for that job, when got hold sera fort i edited the file to have 40k people and like 30k power, cleaned every map and also have suguar cube codes for like 99% of the things I need, after that just doing quests and doing some shooting practice with those invaders.

Not 100% sure this is an effect of the most recent update, but I didn't notice it being this bad before (might just be more obvious because I have more guards now) but the guards' health loss during an escape attempt is ridiculous.
You're really telling me that one unarmed schmuck trying to escape took 10 damage while my literally dozens of trained, armed guards all took 2-17 damage stopping him?

It becomes accessible once you're doing the quest they're talking about.

You assign someone as Educator, you choose what to train and then you assign household members to that Educator to be trained from their 2nd Houserules page.
THANKS

The by far most low effort way is to let Aria go do it herself, she'll increase the rebels manpower and power value a little bit daily.

But the primary way for the player to boost that is donations. The go-to move is to craft swords in a workshop and donate those.

1 stack of a 100 swords = 5 donations of 20 swords = 5 power value.

Additionally if the rebels have some money, but not enough to hire a 100 guys for 300k, occasionally a day-end event will fire where they'll spend a 100k to gain 50 power.

So I tend to keep the rebels at 300k and just keep making swords until the event fires, then go donate them a 100k and all the swords I have.
Thank you Mate :)

Easiest and faster way is to pump out rifle, and sell it at hamah bay, and give money to the rebel (until the money turn green in your journal, should be around 300-400k) and cheese the game political event at the end of the day, there should be a rebel event where they arm themselves which is pump their power by 50 at the cost 100k of their money.

Hello, can someone please post the command for the fort Sera that increases the people in it? I saw it in the past but I did not copy it. Thank you kindly.

Question, how do you cap your int which is 130 for achievement? Wiki said, by doing library stuff at the historical society since it's no cap it said, but I do that, and it said I can't increase anymore of academic or something like that got an occult instead, is it random? And also, does game night have cooldown? The rpg hangout thing grey out once i'm done with it, wiki doesn't specify if it's one time thing or not.

1.) By getting to 100-120 cap using repeatable actions BEFORE reading any INT increasing books in your library (including the ones available by purchasing upgrades in the library) and attending Academy lessons, and then using the books/lessons to get higher than 120 INT. The most repeatable action to get INT to 120 (or, rather, 119) is to marry someone with INT+2 of you. You are 79 INT? Marry an 81-82 INT. Use the cafe options in the Events and Options interaction, she has a small chance to raise your INT by +1 to hers. Put her in the Academy (or if it is the Stormchild, have normal sex with her) for her to gain +1 INT so she is higher than yours again, cafe to bring your INT up by 1, repeat.

2.) Historical Society raises Academics and Science, and it has a 100 cap. If it somehow raises INT, which idk I have not checked the code recently, then it was probably already capped lower than your current INT.

3.) Ayden's RPG is a one-time INT increase.

Well shit, that is a dumb mechanic, I already read all the books, now my int stuck at 112, the best thing I can do is waiting for dexter event to cap it to 120.

When I realized that, I used sugarcube variables to make the books unread and just read them again. You do end up with twice as many skill points as you're supposed to, but for a stat that is otherwise stupidly difficult to cap, it's better than wifing up a stormborn and fucking her brains in
