No, Chrome is actually the best.

Some people who have reported the game working slowly weren't using Chrome and their issues vanished/lessened when switching to Chrome.

May just be my laptop then, i just found the game to be much worse after the update. maybe ill try reinstall it. But thank you for trying to help me out, that is much appreciated.

Thats a bug but not due to the gun.
If you dont invest, there are no buttons to back out.
All the buttons are disabled.
No idea if anyone reported it.

Minor bug: Seems for the lesbian party there's a check for if the main attraction is 28 (Adrienne) or 40 (Milou) but only pics for 28 -- Milou's pics are missing or it should only be checking for 28.

How can I increase the chance of mercs accepting a slave contract outside of murdering their will and making them happy and in love? I kind of want to stop paying them, but completely breaking their will doesn't interest.

I was curious about enslavement chances so I dug through the code and found this. Sharing it in case anyone else finds it helpful
Edit: Note that this is the calculation for enslavement through dialog. There are special story cases where you can enslave NPCs without this logic

Most interesting takeaway for me at least is that bribes don't seem to do all that much in the grand scheme of things. You're probably better off working on one of the other stats unless you just can't succeed without the extra +10/20/30

You only really need one person to download the 0.8.4.4c public and then he shares/uploads the start_game.html file here since that is really the only thing you need for the new version. Paste it to the current game folder you have to replace the old start_game.html and voila, you are on the newest version already.

It was the installation, after i downloaded with that updated patch, it now works perfectly. Two options here i think.
1. Patch fixed something?
2. My installation was corrupted?

Either way, it now works like a charm, and i can enjoy the game, just wanted to make an update, also if grimdark is watching this

Hmm how about a unique cheat weapon? A variant of the cane that makes the target submit in one hit.
A sure fire way to acquire unique NPCs in tough fights.

You can achieve that by having max strength and melee combat and using cane tho

Walk into the store with enough reputation to invest. Not sure if it matters if you have the money or not.
Dont invest. All buttons are disabled so you cant leave. There is no exit. Even debug menu is disabled.
