Does anybody know which stats increase NPC academy teacher's pay amount?

Those are the stats being a lecturer/professor increases, you meant to screencap the other part:


Lecturers receive no bonuses, but professors can receive extra pay based on relevant skill (Academics/Science) and Prestige, as well as gain penalties for low discipline and Status, although I'm not sure what affects Status.

Is there a way to add/edit/cheat in a slave that you otherwise can't get? IE Arkansas because I turned in aria, etc.

Sure, but in relation to the Professor jobs, none of those affect the "Status" payout, from what I've seen at least. Haven't had grown up kids since the job changed.

Kinda weird how there isn't an age penalty.
Would be pretty weird if some 15yo kid was teaching quantum physics or lecturing me on 50 shades of gray or Lolita at uni...

You get her as a Slave in the Mastersphere attack. But you should get her as a Paragon from Mordecai. Should be the same stats and traits, minus Deadly Enemy. At least I think that was the plan.

• Kymanto path: Arizona, someone new (Av51, her face preview was posted on discord), Kansas

This is all tentative and subject to change of course. Grim might end up making them all available for everyone in some way. Or not. We won't know until more discord updates come.

There is an age restriction of 21 on being a professor, unless you have sufficient influence.

I've had other issues to deal with so I haven't had much time for the game, but with the new character creation parameters I decided to try to build another empire. I've not delved much into anything regarding Mining or anything subsequent so I was hoping someone might update me on what the best strategies are to begin. I'm nearly 30 days in and could use some advice, especially with Mining and other money-making opportunities.

I've had other issues to deal with so I haven't had much time for the game, but with the new character creation parameters I decided to try to build another empire. I've not delved much into anything regarding Mining or anything subsequent so I was hoping someone might update me on what the best strategies are to begin. I'm nearly 30 days in and could use some advice, especially with Mining and other money-making opportunities.

Hunting is pretty good for low-level money. Leather sells for a decent amount and there's food. Stock up/craft a bunch of crossbow bolts, fill your party with wild-borne and/or Jaeger, and go nuts.

The downside is that once you empty out all of the hunting spots you're stuck waiting for them to respawn for a while.

I pestered grim on Discord and got a super cheaty way to get Eve and Iona. Can't get Arizona that way because Grim made her a randie. pepehands

You know what doesn't make much more sense other than the salary not disappearing, in order to make that paragon first wife, you need to pay even more! Women are expensive man.

PS:
In certain natury areas you can deploy gold sifting camps or search for gemstones. Get 5 sets of prospecting gear because you get a bonus if your crew has it, too.

Asked this before, but got no answer, is there a way to edit the modded HTML that allows you to access t4 stuff so that in the debug mode you get 50 points instead of 5, annoying to have to click so many times.

The "modded" html is, by definition, edited.
crepoints is what you are looking for. (specifically the 3rd reference to crepoints)
If you want everything, change crepoints from 50 to around 1,400 you should have plenty.
