NPC corruption is randomly falling and I have no idea why. It seems to be happening to all NPCs regardless of traits. Household stats are as follows: Corruption: 200, Contentment: 200, Demoralization: -1, Emancipation: -3, Efficiency: 59, and the rest are zero. City corruption is 100, prosperity is 7, control is 14, and liberty is 26. Does anyone have some idea of why it would be dropping?
Yes, you can buy special ones from the master sphere that can be used in battle.

I don’t think it’s quest locked but it’s probably influence locked. I always have more than enough influence to go to the sphere before I ever even try to do it so I’m not sure. Anyway you can find the shuttle station in the palace district which I know for a fact is influence locked. It isn’t cheap to go especially in the early game and the heal packs aren’t either so fair warning on that one.
Take the shuttle (Behind the repulic Palace), ticket 15k per person, cargo hold.
I'm pretty sure crawlers counting themselves as users is intentional (has a requirement to be active)You are welcome. I had it anyway just needed to do it in a better wayI'm open to suggestions what to add to the mod. Some things may be tricky, some may not.
In fact I have a few more changes in my local html such as:
I guess I'll move it to the mod at some point but not sure when.
- fixing crawlers because currently they count themselves as users (not talking about using each other), which wastes extra ointments due to their wrong sexual wear;
- allowing females to initiate room sex with males (currently only m->f and f->f) but that probably requires replacing a big chunk of code.
I will keep that in mind and post any ideas in the mod thread.

Yes like someone said stims but it has medic skill requirement and in my opinion not very useful item in general.
The best defense is high soak + high hp/stamina. Because everyone knows stamina decreases damage taken

Man, I have no idea how you could beat the rebel quest without combat stems. I always have max armor, max stats, best weapons, and I still nearly get my rear handed to me on that final part of the quest. My goal in my current play though is to beat the chancellor and capture all of the other Adlers. Last time I did it, I lost several of them because of how difficult the fight was. I couldn’t afford to not fight at 100% and i didn’t bring nearly enough in combat stems.Yes like someone said stims but it has medic skill requirement and in my opinion not very useful item in general.

It works, it's purely an user issue.
Do note that the stats don't update immediately, if you have the NPC whose stats you changed selected, you have to click to a different NPC and back to see the change.
Can you show what exactly you tried? What was the command and what did you expect? Having specific example will be useful to identify what's wrong.

I'm using this type of command to change npc skill
That's not how the academics skill works - that's a placeholder which dynamically updates its value when you interact with npcs.
If you're trying to set it for a specific npc, you need their actor value number, so for example, Juno's academics would be:
SugarCube.State.variables.npc.av4.aca
whereas the mc's academic skill would be
SugarCube.State.variables.aca

I activated the backer expert traits using a console and from looking at it they seem to be in order but the trait that they should give when you are looking at the MC traits are not appearing on the journal like business competence and Master healer are not appearing.
Is there a way of activating Aria's questline? I think I've took her too far in terms of corruption that I don't have the quest available anymore
What does your quest log say exactly? Because SMR should always be an option unless you've already started NWO, and if you've started NWO her corruption shouldn't matter.

Or you could just try lowering her corruption.
