Is there a way of activating Aria's questline? I think I've took her too far in terms of corruption that I don't have the quest available anymore
Ah yeah, you probably have her willpower to zero or lower, that's when they become obedient cock-slaves with nothing else on their mind. Get her willpower back up to around 1-3 and talk to her again (ask about dreams and background, etc.)

Man, I have no idea how you could beat the rebel quest without combat stems. I always have max armor, max stats, best weapons, and I still nearly get my rear handed to me on that final part of the quest. My goal in my current play though is to beat the chancellor and capture all of the other Adlers. Last time I did it, I lost several of them because of how difficult the fight was. I couldn’t afford to not fight at 100% and i didn’t bring nearly enough in combat stems.
675 a pop (13500 for 20) to heal 20-30 hp, I don't think it is worth it at all and especially for someone asking how to get them.
I personally bought some combat stims but never used them. I always imprison Aria so I don't know what fight you are talking about. I also just started playing recently, as I understand the alternative path (non-rebel quest) is new.

Which mode are you playing? Normal or Grimdark?

Is there a cap on the Power Value you get from Fort Sera (for example) when you donate slaves? Because no matter how many NPCs I donate, my power is not increasing...

Grimdark all the way. This is a bit off topic but do you or anyone else know if you are able to get Kansas and Louisiana Adler through NWO or are they only avaliable through SMR quest path?
Only SMR Lousiana maybe coming later to an udate for NWO (no promises) but Kansas def wont.

Cool, she was the one I was hoping for so fingers crossed. I am a bit of a collector in these types of open world games and thats really the only reason I even bothered asking about Kansas. Gotta catch em all if you can.

I see many potential in NWO here storywise with the inclusion of Louisiana:

1.) Perhaps Louisiana plots against the MC to avenge her family and later in the story gets captured herself ...
2.) Perhaps Louisiana begs the MC to raise her relatives status from convict-status to servant-status and in return pledges herself to the MC too.
3.) Perhaps Louisiana is simply unaffected about what happend to her relatives and simply wanna get to know the man who did all this.
4.) Perhaps the third republic simply declares Louisiana a wanted person as well and declares the right to enslave her.
5.) .... ??

and so on.

Still a lot of story to tell if dev wanna expand the NWO-Storyline after Mord´s death and wanna bring Louisiana inside the NWO-Storyline too.

If you really want you can add her manually using console. It's obviously not intended but you can. Not sure about Kansas, need to read game code to find out. It should be possible but may be tricky.

All very possible. I guess it would just depend on her personality. I am more of a rule from the shaddows type of person so I always play the NWO questline and just make Aria hopelessly loyal to the MC. Saying that, I have absolutely no idea what her personality is. Does she support her brother and his despotic stranglehold over the population or is she more ashamed of him and just cant speak out about it? Does she have a "let them eat cake" attitude or does she have empathy for the people? Don't get me wrong, I have no issue with despotic dicataors because when it comes right down to it, that is what I end up being in every playthrough of the game. However, if you are going to be a despot, at least be effective at it. Adler lets the economy crumble along with all sense of law and order within the city and its surroundings. If left alone, the city is basically left to roving gangs of murderers.

What is the highest "slave-worth" you have ever seen "naturally" occuring in the game, without you doing anything?

I just captured a random non-story bandit-girl at Stokke Hills which had a value of 32 right after fight during "processing" her.

I then looked at whats so special about her and discovered: Beauty 106, Charisma: 116, Melee: 84, Ranged: 89, several other things >50

When you donate slaves to Fort Sera, is Fort Sera's power value increasing?

You get power increase to Fort Sera from donating specific high value slaves, so not from bandits or such. Someone might be able to post a list of which ones you should target.

However, if you keep increasing the number of soldiers at Fort Sera, there is a day-end event where the government recruits a company from Fort Sera, giving money and Power Value to Fort Sera.

EDIT: Or maybe it just gave money and there was a separate event where Fort Sera spends money for Power Value, don't recall.

If you're talking about strictly random/non-uniques (so not Cassius, for example) I think I've seen low 40s in the slave market.

I've been donating random bandits I capture, and yes, Fort Sera gets +1 power every time, but not me, no matter how many I donate. I wouldn't even know what type of "high value slaves" you're referring to unless you mean story NPCs and such which there's only a very finite number of -- and there's no way I'm just giving those away.

No, not story NPCs.

From wiki:
"1 Captive* (+1 to Power Value per captive if the Fort's PV is less than 100, and +1 with no cap if the captive is a Raider Lord/Chief, Highwayman, Raider King, Space Marine, Black Guard, or Red Guard."

Are you sure you're the leader of Fort Sera?

Maybe post a couple screenshots.

You need slaves with certain captiveID after Fort Sera reachest certain amount of power, which is not visible to you unless you check through console.
