No, not story NPCs.

From wiki:
"1 Captive* (+1 to Power Value per captive if the Fort's PV is less than 100, and +1 with no cap if the captive is a Raider Lord/Chief, Highwayman, Raider King, Space Marine, Black Guard, or Red Guard."

Are you sure you're the leader of Fort Sera?

Maybe post a couple screenshots.
I'm not the leader of Fort Sera, not yet anyway. I'm working towards it by donating, but like I've said, no power value increase anymore.

Send a screenshot of your Fort Sera and what the journal says.

Fort Sera does not add it's PV to yours unless you're the leader.

It started giving me PV, but no longer. I guess it's based on Fort Sera's level like said. I don't suppose there's an easier way to increase power level, is there? -- Which is why I was donating to that fort in the first place.

Seriously, post a screenshot. Because to me it sounds like you're maybe talking about standing and not your faction's power value, which is basically only visible in Economy & Influence --> Faction Overview.

And if Standing is your issue, the solution is to complete the quest and become the leader of the place.

Talking about this, which is the Power Value of my house:

Yo how your PV so low?
Did you give your soilder guard job or give Fort Sera somenew recruits in Overview section?
It's because he hasn't completed the Fort Sera questline.

To me that seems about the right PV for that.

Ofc, it could be higher if you really knew all the ins-and-outs of the mechanics, like which mercs to hire and so on.

Yeah, maybe, but the game is not any good at explaining things and the wiki seems seriously outdated in some aspects. Plus, completing Fort Sera's questline requires $150.000, and a shit-ton of soldiers. Funds which I currently don't have and even if I did, I'd put them to better use.

Im trying to get rid of Adrienne's sloppy trait so I can use her bonus as an accountant. Says to putting her as a maid will lower it over time but after probably months its still there. Any other way or should I use the drug to get rid of traits? Does the drug get rid of the bonus trait if I do use it?

Thanks

It's a big investment, by design.

Is her Affection Soulmate+, Respect 25+ or Fear 6+?

One of those needs to be met as an additional requirement.

That might be it thanks. It was soulmate but looks like it dropped down to loving.
It's still only a 30% chance to increase 1 point and you need 25 points to get out of Sloppy, so 3 months is to be expected if you don't cheese it.

Just looked and sloppy is at 10/100 in green text. So at 25 it goes away correct? Can it come back if I stick her as as special accountant and pretty much forget about her there for awhile or do I need to keep an eye on it? Thanks again

There shouldn't be a way to lower Perfectionist trait, AFAIK.
