Yeah, maybe, but the game is not any good at explaining things and the wiki seems seriously outdated in some aspects. Plus, completing Fort Sera's questline requires $150.000, and a shit-ton of soldiers. Funds which I currently don't have and even if I did, I'd put them to better use.
Try to farm some red tiger or something in Redhaven and move to Dock to farm dock worker.
For money, you can try buying weapon in ikaanos and sell it to hamah bay market. If you see pirates in your way to hamah bay, I suggest you pay them cash since they are really strong and continue to sell weapons and start to start your own workshop and hire accountant in emerald island to save up more cashes

It's because he hasn't completed the Fort Sera questline.

To me that seems about the right PV for that.

Ofc, it could be higher if you really knew all the ins-and-outs of the mechanics, like which mercs to hire and so on.
Wait you need to select them? I just going around and capture any raiders around redhaven and put them in fort sera and they auto add my PV

This is weird. It seems that if you process the captives and add them to your household then donate them directly from the Actions menu, then Sera's standing and power increases and so does yours. -- Why would that be any different...

Here's another question: What's the reason power would just drop sharply to a set number and stay there? I've increased my power to 21 and the next day it was back at 14, and just stays that way...

Also how to view daily logs? Out of no where my daily logs stop showing every changes in my house
It's actually nightly log. It shows what happened while MC was sleeping. Nothing from the daytime goes there.
If you really want to see that log you have a few alternatives:
  1. go to bed before midnight;
  2. use Expansion mod that has this log fixed;
  3. use Automation mod that has actual daily log (changes to stats during both day and night time).

A decent chunk of your early power value is determined by your available cash and influence, so you probably just spent some cash. Check the wiki for Power Value.
How to complete the last step of Prowler quest, I'm still waiting prof to contact me after the void beast was defeated 1 month ago
Have you exited your house since then? He comes to talk to you a few days later when you exit your house to Redhaven area (or enter it from elsewhere).

Nice, I never knew Expansion Mod even existed. Good stuff, even if a few parts feel ...cheaty.

'Cause it's new lol. And is still being developed. I have fun going around SugarCube and game code limitations so I'll definitely be adding some other stuff in the future. Initial focus was information about household members. Now... it's a bunch of various things.

That's what I've been doing until now, but it seems to be the wrong way to do it? I wasn't getting any PV before, but now if I donate them directly from my household, I am getting PV increase.
Works until you reach something around 2000$ or 2200$ daily income from Fort Sera, after that you stop getting 1 PV for every slave/convict donated.

Does having multiple nurses stack? By that I mean, if I have one nurse that heals ten per day and another that heals nine per day, would that be a total healing of nineteen points per NPC that is injured or can one nurse heal only one injured NPC?

Good question that I'd like to know to answer to, as well.

Do virgins just randomly...un-virgin themselves or is this a bug? I've had two change already.
Just guessing around: have you assigned them to "sex-work" or put them in rooms with males most likely with relation-settings for this room turned on?

Got to be really fucking stupid to do that and then complain your virgins are no longer virgins, huh? -- No, that wasn't the case.
Almost as stupid as mistaking virgin Lovisa for her not-so-virgin sister. :whistle:
