Regarding the general goods shopkeeper's sister, is it impossible to get her into your household on day 1? With an ugly MC, you can manipulate the shopkeeper to let you talk to her, but can't seduce her - meaning you're stuck with having to buy her off for 10k. With a pretty MC, you probably could seducer her - but you're not intimidating enough to convince the shopkeeper to let you see her.

Is it possible to set up starting conditions where you can succeed in both? And considering how you can (slowly) improve the MC's looks through the plastic surgeon, is there a way to compensate for the authority hit this brings in certain interactions, by raising some other stat?

Not that getting the 10k is a problem, it's more about roleplay. Thanks!

It's been a while since I did that quest (and she's not the shopkeepers sister), but IIRC isn't it just a manipulation roll? You could start with as high as 90 manipulation in character creation if you wanted to. Also high Charisma/Beauty, nothing is stopping you.

Manipulation is a relatively easy stat to train to a 100, plus all the books you'll hit 130 manipulation easy. So there's no particular benefit to remaining ugly, that I know of.

Beauty seems to be slower and more costly to raise, so a good practical approach would be to start with good looks and try to quickly raise manipulation?

Also, how do you "process" captured enemies? I captured 2 bandits and can't figure out what to do with them at home, it's as if they disappeared (along with my 2 ropes)!

Go out of your house, you should see a handcuff icon on the lower left side of your screen, click it.

I mean, it comes down to your starting build. In a MoR enhanced start you have the points to do almost whatever.

Yeah, the handcuff icon when outside your house, or when outside either slave market (Crystal Heights & Watery Eyes).

If you take them into your house and then sell on the market, you'll usually get a better price, but it's not always worth the time. Take the quick cash more often than not.

I read about the locations but tried to do it inside the house and wasn't working. So far I'm keeping unique NPCs (like Mae, Ansel's "sugar baby") and selling off all bandits, vagrants etc... I wish there were a way to ensure incapacitation for unique characters, I'd rather not have to save-scum so I can keep them :p

It's possible to guarantee incapacitation if you just use Canes. Base incapacitation chance is 11%, canes add +89%.

The catch is that they deal rather low damage, so you spend more time in combat taking hits.

Also in some specific cases, NPCs in combat might not be capturable, no matter how much you save-scum.

You add some of the Power Value of vassalized factions to your own, and 100% of the PV of Fort Sera, so you can just keep increasing their PV while working on vassalizing the factions that are possible to vassalize for big boosts.

Also funding military squadrons adds power level to you essentially infinitely, you're just limited to 1 squadron per day.
Thanks. I'll have to push Fort Sera as being an Atheist in game make vassalizing the obvious factions impossible. Can't buy military units once you're over 10k troops unless at war with the Dengi -- soon....

Being an Atheist is no issue.

You do have to be Aesir to donate to the Aesir, and IIRC maybe you needed to be the right religion to vassalize a faction, but nothing's stopping you from switching religions back and forth. You lose a little bit of standing, but not enough to lose the vassalization.

Virginia, huh? Mordecai might just be my harem god. First his daughter Arizona and then his sister Louisiana. Now even Virginia? Best Brother/Father-in-law ever! This guy breeded some of the hottest women so that I can breed even hotter women. I won't let his hard work over the decades go to waste! That said, a Queen is watching me? Is she hot? Also, I wish there was a bit more flavor text to bringing Louisiana to the ball, if she's already your wife. And when you talk to Mordecai about joining houses.

Anyway, the SMR quest is undoubtedly my favorite. It's honestly going to be hard to go back to the NWO side of things. The benefits and such that you get from doing the SMR quest is just too favorable. Especially when it comes to the love interests. As you can not only still get Aria. But you also get Louisiana and Arizona. Along with the possibility of any other female Alder that may show up. Virginia herself, while still 17, feels like she's next to join.

I've been playing NWO saves for too long, I can't bear to throw them away...Then I used the code to get Louisiana...

Can you see Elsa again after you finish the Secret Garden quest? If you decide not to report to the authorities immediately, can you do it later? Is it necessary to report to the authorities in order to get Elsa as a household member? She'd offset any monthy vial for sure, but I'm curious about the journal mentioning there are later related quests that will be disabled if you end the operation.

Beauty is also raised and gained in full in-game, so as long as you are patient why bother maxing a stat in character creation when you can max it in due time. Unless you want Evelyn day 1 I guess for the challenge.

[X] Doubt.

You cannot get Elsa. Maybe it will change in the future, but Grim has not said anything about it.

It's like Clemency said, you cannot get Elsa (currently at least), but the journal says nothing about quests being disabled if you turn in the evidence.

If you turn in evidence, you can no longer access the bookstore to buy books and you cannot assign a slave to work there either.

This is what the journal says:

Meanwhile, there seems to be a corruption cap at 39, I'm no longer able to raise corruption through dominant sex. Is this a temporary cap, and, if so, how do I break it? And if it isn't temporary, do I need to start using other interactions to raise corruption?

Assignment is not a quest, it refers to the bookstore job.

If you want to increase corruption through sex more, try bondage sex. Also having a buttplug in (which is removed during bondage sex, mind you) will raise corruption passively. Consult the wiki for details.

Is there a code that can directly switch between the NWO questline and the SMR questline? Or is there another way? My save file is too long and I don't want to start over, so I want to keep it simple...
