Planing to start a new game in the current version. My last run was at 8.44b. this time I´m going to play the path of selling Aria. Is this path so money-intensive as the NWO, when you must throw a gazillion of swords to the rebels?. I want to play with no workshops at all (I know it´s not optimal, but it´s what I want to try), but if I need to pour 10.000 swords or make donatives by the million, it´s not feasible.

In my personal opinion, the SMR route is more feature-rich than the NMO route; of course, the NPCs you can obtain are different.
Who is Maldor Hemmel, and is there a way to revive him via the console? I can't remember anyone with this name, I've probably killed him a long time ago...

The usual herculeans. Cassius, Bart, Truls, Aaron, plus a female malevolent like Kate or the ex-arena Champ. Or maybe a crackshot. All slaves/convicts, all free upkeep.
Well, if you have the time, a properly (and I mean properly) set up Herculean Brawler-Berserker-Crackshot-Malevolent-Warrior son is a combat monster. But that will take you hundreds of days.
Bud can be trained to be as good as Felix at shooting. Little bit less hp but he can wear armor. Or you can try a crackshot like Kelly who is not weapon-locked.
Alternatively, you get your stats high enough, the city stats low enough, and Milou's willpower so low and corruption so high she agrees to be enslaved. Then you get a 0 salary crackshot Milou, although her ammo pack will not function until you get her allowance back to $200 per day.

I'll figure out which docksen = 1 variable respawns him tomorrow.
Could someone tell me where I can get more H.U.L.C parts? I have those from defeating Hulk and can't find more?

You can buy them at Palace district shop. Also until some point you can get them by defeating Legendary bounties.

I started this game about a month ago out of curiosity, and got addicted.
While updating to the latest version, I noticed that in the "Official Mod" link there is a folder called "animations" that was not there before.
Excited, I downloaded it, followed the pretty easy readme instructions, and.... it doesn't work.
Am I doing something wrong?
Or this folder is meant for a yet-to-come game update?

You need to enable in options, is written as sandman's videos

I tried the " " " animations " " " mod as well, it's horrendous shit, never before I genuinely wished so much for someone to be ran over by a truck, so the world may never be cursed by another one of their creation again.
It is SO atrociously bad, the "AI NTR PHONE" games developers pass for competent.
You can't be an actual human being, and see anything worth a praise in that mod, it's impossible.
I never seem to get it to work. It might be because I used the expansion mod along with the official one. I turn the sandman videos on, but all I get is a few movements, but not the animation itself with the specific girl av.
As far as I can see those "animations" are not in the leaked alpha version. Sandman videos are indeed just a few movements (3 to 5 I believe). New animations require to toggle new option if I read the following line from install.txt correctly:
And to be honest they are awful. I don't like AI in general but there some examples of good images and animations out there. These ones are not.
Anyway I don't think my mod will conflict with them but I'll check when this game version becomes public.

I tried to play the animations on a PC where your mod is not present, and it still does not work.
So your mod is not my problem, however you might want to check on that just to be sure.
Also tried to turn on the Sandman videos, and they work, it's the extra animations that don't work. Not sure why.
Until 8.4.8 is released (or you have at least the A2.5 release) I don't think the animations are even supposed to work as the underlying support code simply isn't there. It's not in the code posted here from what I can tell.

I'm not sure about it, but I think the anniversary content is the area north of Darkmere with the cave and some guy inside. I don't remember seeing it in the older versions.

It was all there in the changelog.
Maintenance cost for workshops went up as well.
But most people are playing saves started well before the change was made, so it didn't really affect them.
