Hi v0.8.4.8 A1.1 already has T4, it was a gift from the developer.
Just start playing it. The mods are snap-in, meaning you can add or remove them later at will. Just make sure to save to disk before using any, as some are outdated, due to this game being in active development.

I cannot use the "attemp hacking" because I already tried it, and my hacking level is to low. So now I don't have more "stamina". Also, if you look at the bottom right corner, you will see that I cannot load or save anything

Then you can proceed to not get yourself in that situation again.
I started a new game for the umpteenth time and, although it gets more complex, the challenge is satisfying.
