I'm maybe a bit of a dumbass, but how do i set an allowance to my slaves? I didn't found the option on the npc menu

I've had Nicole set up with the admin course at the academy for weeks, but she doesn't seem to have gained any stats (Her Admin and Domestics stats are both around 20)
Is there some bug with this, or am I missing something?

The wiki only lists giving relatively large allowances or trinkets as methods of reducing Anger. Is that accurate? I'm looking to affect a male if that matters.
Having high or at least some Contentment in your Household stats (you get it from upgraded rooms and from people in your household being happy) has a daily chance to increase Happiness and decrease Anger. So just waiting a few days without any allowances usually works for me to decrease Anger.
If it was a women, not a man, and you had high enough relationship with her or high enough charm or manipulation to still seduce her orgasms during Sex also reduce Anger with at least a good chance.
I think the new interrogation system is quite cool. I think it would be awesome if you could have it as a infinitely repeatable system like the random bounties.
Currently it seems, that after getting the girl you can get via interrogations, you get no more quests from interrogations, so they seem to be finite. Maybe before you get the interrogation leading to the girl the order you get interrogations in is random, but i never got the same interrogation reward twice, so it seems that once you got them all the only use of interrogating people is now to stop the negatives of the secretive trait. I had kinda expected to continue getting random interrogation rewards (drawn from a finite set, so eventually they would repeat). Could even be the same ones as the ones you got before the interrogation leading to the girl.

Yeah I've done that but dunno how to change any variables because the words are in kind of random symbols Which needed to be translated?

If it's encrypted then it's not translation it needs but decryption.
When you create a save file, that cannot be edited with notepad, indeed. But the online editors should be able to decrypt it as part of the process. So my current theory is: you aren't actually uploading your file and instead you just open it in another tab, thinking you uploaded INTO the editor but no.

, meaning if you dismiss them they will be found in those places. Not all unique NPCs have them (rule of thumb is if their Av pics folder is located in the AvRan, they probably will be gone permanently after you dismiss them) and no captureable male has a roaming location that I know of.Speak for yourself. Cassius, Truls, Helo, Black Scorpion, Cultist Monk, and Aaron has more than earned their place in my house. Philip too for administration jobs in the mines or foreman duties.
You can in 0.8.3.7. There's two exceptions though: Ayden Rhoades and Clea Vallas. The Enslave button just will not show up for either.
And enslave NPCs with the Ammo Pack trait needs an allowance of $200 to keep the trait active, otherwise they will not have unlimited ammo for their weapons. The one exception is Bud. Einar too, maybe.

i wont mind them if only they can show up after getting dismissed or free, they just take up valuable slot for limited number of waifu.

I feel like getting a woman pregnant should be a bigger deal, especially if that woman hates you or have less than amiable relations to you. She should complain that you got her pregnant resulting in affection lose and happiness lose if she is not loving. Right now there is no reaction at all even if women is venoumous and desping, towards getting pregnant. Pregnancy is a life changing thing and it should have consequences attached to it
