I've released a new compressed file, including all the previous ones and some newly created ones. I replaced quite a few of the previous images, mainly because I felt they weren't good enough. Of course, if you liked the previous images, remember to select them. The new images have a "painting" style, mainly because AI can create some images with exposed nipples in this style.
Basically, I've replaced most of the original images that I could. I'll work on the rest gradually, but the speed won't be as fast as it is now. Of course, I'll still create some new images for updates.

Just checked code since it sounded a bit strange. There is actually 1 restriction for those courses. Npc should be at least 15 years old. Science doesn't have that restriction.
weird. seems strange you'd need to be 15 to learn how to work a garden, but not take science classes.
Frankly speaking it makes sense to have age restriction to be a student. In real life we have it. If game has 1 academy it's kind of expected as well. I'd say it's lack of age check for science classes that is a mistake here.

Wiki (see the starting page of this thread and choose NPC:s (slaves /quest slaves/ Michelle Wolfe)) knows a good deal about her - and in case you would decide to take her in your household, befriend her and start with her quest, your journal gives all the info you need to find and free also Michelle's 17 years age friend Adrienne Keller from the Preacher's house.
Michelle is not married. After you save her you / your MC would be the owner/husband in case you choose to go that way.
So, to answer your question, not necessary to kill husbands, but if you like you can confront and kill the old Gooney. The most profit from Michelle's place is herself and her quite nice personality. Not any other business profit from that place that I'd ever found or heard about. It is gone the moment you take Michelle from there, unfortunately.
Actually, this doesn't make sense. After you took Michelle away, you could easily become a landlord and collect rent every month.
There is no profit from that place.
It's a leftover from an earlier version of the game when you had only something like 8 slots for your entire household and you might not have had room for her. You were able to upgrade Michelle's house to make her happy and have sex with her there.
No reason to do any of that anymore, just take her into your household.

Michelle has no husband.
The only special thing about Michelle's apartment now is that having sex with her there allows her to raise her vaginal XP indefinitely. The annoying thing is that you will not see a +1 indicator, but if you keep having sex with her there for a thousand days, you can theoretically have a 1000+ vaginal XP Michelle. Does it do anything? Not really, bonuses from vaginal skill caps are at what, 100? But if you want to just have fun raising stats, you can.

There already IS an owner of the whole house, the elderly lady who lets Michelle live there, for free as far as I understand. Repairing, decorating and buying furniture for one room or set of rooms doesn't make me the landlord. Dunno if I even ask the old lady's permission to renovate Michelle's dwelling, but obviously she lets me improve things to a degree as long as she doesn't need to cover the expenses herself.
To become a landlord might be easy, no doubt - especially since I am currently a very powerful and wealthy citizen. To take a house and home from a nice and kindly behaving old lady, however, that is not the way I like to do things even if it would be possible.

I believe there was a plan to add content there, hence why the corruption stat exists, but it's not a priority/was abandoned.
Not possible for anyone to impregnate girls except you.
