Hi v0.8.4.8 A1.1 already has T4, it was a gift from the developer.

im planning on playing this game for first time, i come from strive for power and conquest, and it seems that this game is kinda like those, should i play it vanilla? or should i add some mods for the first playtrough?

Just start playing it. The mods are snap-in, meaning you can add or remove them later at will. Just make sure to save to disk before using any, as some are outdated, due to this game being in active development.

Try the keypad, attempt hacking or load an earlier save.

I cannot use the "attemp hacking" because I already tried it, and my hacking level is to low. So now I don't have more "stamina". Also, if you look at the bottom right corner, you will see that I cannot load or save anything

You can always close the game and re-start, which will let you load your latest save.

Then you can proceed to not get yourself in that situation again.
