Another short question. Is NWO questline much shorter compared to slavemasters questline?
Depends on how you consider it.

NWO is simpler with technically less stuff to do,

But the single biggest part of NWO is building up the rebel army which takes a very long time to accomplish.

Yes, I mostly asked regarding "how much things to do there is"
I guess I will have to try slavemaster route - just to check out those other new characters

The main gripe with the NWO questline is that being against slavery is literally against the core theme and even name of the game. In a gameplay sense, it is just a diceroll you can counteract, but in a story sense it is weird for your MC to support it.
When I look at the two paths - those are both a logical ending of a mighty Empire that's rotten from the inside and falling apart. It's easy to see the paralels to real historic events.

- You can choose to overthrow it (NWO) like Alaric did with the Western Roman Empire and the results are what you'd expect. Barbarism, loss of general knowledge, might-makes-right world but also freedom from govermental opression and rules-based society.

- You can also take it over from the inside through politics to preserve the knowledge (and the corruption) and ensure the Empire continues in a changed form (SMR) as was the case with Eastern Roman Empire.

Imho both are valid, quite realistic and fun to play. And it's great to play a game that gives you both options.

Hey there anyone. I made some scripts that change stuff in the game. Currently not playing anymore after finding out the game is doing basically anything to prevent incest. I spend multiple hours trying to edit the html file. I could either make any girl fuckable under any circumstance (bugged) or still have incest not be possible. Eventually I gave up.

But before that I wrote all these cheat scripts which may be helpful for some.

Feel free to edit and repost them. I won't do much support for them. If you want to make your own thread based on them (to develop and support them) just give me a credit and all is good.

To use them, enter them into your browser console while having loaded your game.

I don't guarantee that these will function either now or in the future!! Make saves! Not all of them are thoroughly tested! I would also strongly recommend to look at the code lines before executing any of these scripts. Not everything is documented. You can always just comment out lines that change stats by putting a // in front of them.

These are all. With these scripts you can also develop your own versions. Just test some lines. Have fun.
any working incest patches?

Not to argue with you but the only way to proceed on the NWO questline, helping Aria and all, is based entirely on the fact that you DO become a slaver as your brother, there's no other path forward, and indeed It does feel like you're playing for the opposing team on that path, I don't think Lohengrin is inherently wrong here.

Maybe Grim imagine us playing some sort of "vegan slaver", with ethically sourced slaves.
Alternative to the obvious head-canon of you supporting the rebellion to install a friendly chancellor into power, you can also head-canon it as the player being part of a system they disapprove of, and Aria offering the first chance to move beyond it. For example, Clea will still let you hire her even if you sell Aria - whilst she deeply disapproves, ultimately these people need to live their lives. Now, that does admittedly make the main character a hypocrite, but those are hardly rare, especially amongst those with power or influence.

I appreciate the well thought-out take on this! I can totally agree with you, but for the nit-picking, regardless of "my head canon" there's a gap with the reality of the writing in game, Clea is definitely not cynical, and Aria is absolutely not Chancellor material, she's a stubborn dim-witted girl boss with no long term perspective, her rebellion is doomed, eventually, if it wasn't for the MC single-handedly doing everything to keep shit afloat.

And the MC doesn't appear to be machiavelian either, regardless of how you play, the dialog options always make him sound like a blockhead that fell into place on a whim of the sort, and not through sheer might and cunning, that would just put a puppet chancellor to pursue his agenda, again, not how they are written in game.

It may be salty from me, but from how I see it, everyone is just a bunch of goody-two-shoes, it's way too soft, way too tame, the lore tell me the world went to shit and it's only going downhill but that has apparently no bearing on anyone's attitude, and it's certainly not because of them being jaded.

I really long for a sense of despair that's cruelly missing from the game, the pending doom, the exhausted fight against inevitable annihilation.

The world is great for what it is, believe me when I say that I love this game with a passion, but it's just too... naive.

Aren't all power fantasy games naive, in a way? You can either play a power fantasy or a grand strategy. I risk that it's no coincidence that power fantasy is the one that thrives in porn games. Power and victory are more closely related to masculine arousal than being crushed in circumstances where defeat is actual or inevitable. There are exceptions, obviously, just weighing on how a majority of players feel.

That isn't to say the overall atmosphere couldn't be more closely resembling the described decay and chaos of a city overrun by banditry and factonism. Or that it wouldn't be interesting if quests sometimes challenged the player's dominance and put us in a situation of vulnerability we'd have to get ourselves out of. But my experience is very limited, only just came to the game and never played in grimdark difficulty, perhaps there's more going on when you actually lose battles or get raided and lose.

In my opinion, the essence of adult games is "sex, sex, sex," having sex with every woman you encounter and fulfilling all your sexual fantasies; as for the management and strategy aspects, don't approach them with the mindset of an adult game, but rather with normal game logic.

I have been stuck in Caitlin quest the blind hunt for in game days what should I do
The clue say to keep an eye on her but how?
After waiting a few days, interact with her and, in the very first scream, the last option should be something like "academic findings?" or "check progress".

has anyone found any 4th anniversary POIs or are they not in yet?
1. New course at the Academy. Event can change depending on city corruption.
2. Cave in Arvannis north of Darkmare, gives a Beryll skull you can place at home.
3. Bela's March Cave with 4 Noxipedes.
4th one I haven't found yet, may have to do with interacting with the Catholic church faction.
