How to get money from Extortion, Retainer, Marston toll and Al-dahiya network ?
I wiped out Gero in Kasey 's park, any code to get him reappear again ?

Extortion is, IIRC one small quest in South Redhaven where you have a choice between daily cash or daily merchandise.

Retainer is Scholar class perk

Marston toll is after you control Fort Sera and have cleared out the tower in the Wetlands (above where Fort Sera is), click on the tower again to see how to take control of it.

Al-dahiya no clue. Somehow related to Muslims, I only play as glorious Atheist master race.

During "Price of Power" the Kymanto guy, Mr Derwin, asks me to go on a dangerous mission and talks about a "turning point in my association" with them. Does that mean if I do this I'll join them?

You need to to get Aria. You need to be a licensed slaver to access her and Kymanto is the only one who's accepting you, in part due to your brother who sided with them.

Sorry Im not explaining it very well. First of all, the Aria questline is called Slavemasters of Raania not Price of Power. These are two different quests.

In Price Of Power you are sent into a warehouse and find a ledger which you hand in at Kymanto Hall and after 3 hours Mr. Derwin returns and wants to send you on as he puts it a dangerous mission. You get the opportunity to say Yes or No. I chose No and the game says
"Really? If you say No you cut all ties with them..." etc.

So my question is is this a Point Of No Return where I either declare My Allegiance to House Kymanto for all Eternity (meaning locking all other interactions with the other factions) or cut ties with them and remain neutral therefor able to speak to other factions still?

No and the only other great house faction hall currently in the game is House Cyker at Crow's End. Kymanto does not lock any of the current faction HQs. Maybe it locks House Cyker's but I am not sure if Cyker even gives income. And you can always give Kymanto the middle finger and support Aria's rebellion. Surprisingly, I can still access Kymanto Hall.

I'm still waiting for the update that allows us to further the plotline with/enslavement of their guard.

Is there any any viable quartermaster in this game except for Caitlin? I re-rolled Truls and Cassius until they got high Science and Medicine, but they seem to cap science at 73/76, so I can't get the Science 80+ bonus to repair advanced armors.

if you want to use anyone other than cayitlin you need to train it via academy and other stuff, or edit save and person you want.

If you got 73/76 you could just stick them in the Academy for a bit and give them a bedroom with some bookshelves.

But there's also Clea who IIRC starts out with guaranteed 75 science 50 medicine.

Though in my current run I'm using Talika, IIRC an update or two ago they gave her guaranteed good Dex, so she's a prime candidate for quartermistress, IMO.

Edit: it was in in fact this update, guaranteed 75-95 Dex and boosted discipline and willpower, so you just gotta worry about rolling science, medicine and a combat trait or two.

You can pretty easily train up Science through the Education interaction. It's one of the easiest stats to get up IMO. You can get up to +3 per training session if they have perfectionist (+2 without) and you can train them 3 times per day if you start before noon (edit: it's only twice per day unless you take the Educator perk on character creation)
So in optimal conditions, you can get up to +9 per day

Open the console (F12 for most browsers) and enter one of the lines
e.g. if you want give yourself a bunch of steel you would type into the console

SugarCube.State.active.variables.steel = 50000

Replace the number with however many you want

You'll have to close and reopen the inventory page to actually see the change.

The text file chicho posted is just a reference so you know what the variables are, it doesn't do anything itself

Ayden Rhoades comes with 80 science by default.

But you now are the First Lord of the 3rd republic (At lest I am, married to the Chancellor), Honorary Marshall of the 3rd republic, the voice that talks to the ear of the Chancellor, 80 of standing with the 3rd republic so really a big big fish. And Klimanto it´s really only a medium sized one. So, if after putting Aria on the Chancellor seat you go to the Klymanto hall with an smile and say "I hope that you are not furious with me" they are going to put his best smile, and say "Sure, not a problem. After all YOU pay 35.000$ for Aria, she was your property and it´s your business (and no 0one else) if you prefer train her as a cock hungry whore of or you prefer train her as a Chancellor, no biggy. By the way, do you know something about the plans of our dear Chancellor about keeping or reforming the article 33 of the Slavery Comerce Code? because we have some thoughts about that..."
