No news about the update since he updated the "About" page on the Patreon back on May 4th. Hasn't posted anything on the Discord channel since early April. Also, when he updated the "About" page, he posted a list of Patreon posts he'd be putting up throughout June:

Too many developers use Patreon totally wrong.
Putting preview pictures and developer updates behind the paywall is a complete failure of Marketing 101. Sure, give your paying fans something like a sexy picture behind the paywall, but your goal should be to attract more eyes to your art and progress. Give everyone a taste of what they might be missing if they don't subscribe.

Yeah that is totally weird. It is like having a reverse ad blocker for your marketing. Getting things out everywhere possible is what gets people to pay for the product or development.

what "marketing" we are talking about here?
there were no game updates for 1+ year, and there wont be any for a few months, at least.
and the game is in its early stages...thats some great "product of development" that surely deserves best marketing/advertising possible.

I agree with the dev updates, but not with the pictures. And Marketing was part of my studies.
Rylee is the reason this game needs to go on until completion after like 46 chapters.
