Double click on the icon you use to move them around, click on your office for the butler and maid. If you don't have any unlocked a few costumes should be in the gift boxes on the main menu.
The sexy bits are fun. Its is definitely adult, but it is kinda whimsically adult. Not really the typical porn-with-plot.
The only thing you need to decide is if the game is actually fun enough to justify the time, because DAMMMMN this game is a major grind for 100%. I only beat the highest level once, and that was with getting lucky on early items/artifacts. The lack of meta-upgrades makes additional runs iritating.
Anybody have an updated cheat engine table, or know how to fix the debug mod to work for 2.18?
edit: it seems like cheat engine addresses change constantly, you can find a value and update it once but it will be in a difference address later

MGSB is more of a soft ero-game than a rape simulator like many other games here.
Out of curiosity, would you call the GRRM books of Song of Ice and Fire rape books?

Games files from the wrong version of a game will usually crash it. 2.17 is back here, and here as well. The 2.17 cheat mod and the (much) improved outfits will work with one (maybe both) of them, but no muscles or (slightly) longer hair for Pip, or the disappointing valentines costumes.

Other than emulating Windows there's no way, unless the developer suddenly decides to make a Android version.

Nude costumes are from winning blackjack or a massage with a sexual relationship, guessing it's the same for the staff.
