There is a video pack download for older scenes, it is on the main page under Chapter 3 (should be at the bottom of the download links). You need to download that and extract it into the game folder, be aware that the old video pack is about 5GB.

You have to play ERIKA again, in the morning to the sex shop talk to RAYNE, then unlock the eva house later.
In my inventory there is a pepper but when i touch on pepper it says "image_tooltip_inventory_chilipepper"

You aren't quite right. Yes, Devs sometimes offer a patrons input/fulfillment on stuff. NTR wasn't in the original and it can make a great impact on gameplay. People support with the tags known going in. You have no idea who I do or do not support on patreon now or in the past. This is a pirate forum, Kuggazer is well aware of that. It's a double edge sword of people getting material for free and a source of income for the devs. Your account isn't new and you should know how this works.
I just finished "chapter one"... or I thought I did? Is there any indicator to show that you're done, other than the achievements screen? There was very little fanfare, nothing really happened at the "end" (if that's what it was). I just started chapter two, and suddenly max is years older and he was apparently in prison, which is only mentioned in passing. Did I miss that part of chapter one, or is there nothing more to it and we're just supposed to roll with the punches?

I had to sleep one more night, then I got the end screen. But aside from that, nothing. At least I'm sure I finished that chapter now. Apparently I'm also missing the last achievement with Mei, which I didn't notice before. Anyone know what it is and how I can get it? If I go to the spa I only get an option to see her, but can't do anything.
