I can't seem to figure out how to advance with Emma, Natalie, Rita and Laura. The "Help" button for all of them says the same thing: "You should talk to her when she is with the other girls".
The only time I can find them together is in the pool, and the only option is to play dodge ball.

If I remember correctly you will be able to make money the regular way in EP1 but after certain requirements have bin met.
I would recommend looking up the walkthrough for that episode as to what to do exactly and I think it all be related in to how far you progress with the specific characters. Have fun and send the DEV some hugs & kisses as a thank you for this grate game.
