I have the same problem, My Computer comes up with a notification about multiple missing .DLL Files. it could be you have the same issue

The only tip I have from the VA is to go to the tattoo appointment with Amber, but it doesn't say what day or time it is, also the walkthru I downloaded has no mention of it, what do I need to do? I can't seem to progress without doing this tattoo thing

Thanks that was my question, if it is one-sided or the MC won it was also damaged, also comment that, as far as I know, it has the original scene and this content is like an alternative version (not canon).

Yup. I haven't played this since last summer (July 2020?) and the only "NTR" I found was Max cucking some old dude cuz he couldn't get his "equipment" to work. So that's why I think the NTR tag is up there.
I made that post a long time ago when it was a swinging/swapping situation with one couple (don't remember who it was). And there were a bunch of posts incorrectly insinuating that it was NTR to the point where it was like a "freak out". So I had to explain it a bit and step on a few toes.
I don't personally mind if people need clarification. I'll happily answer that with that I know. But when it comes to accusations and "OMG!!!!", my eyes roll back so hard that I'm afraid I'll go blind!

pcdc I think I read that you play the ntr path, could you tell me if with the ntr on it still warns you of the scene that is going to happen or is it only shown directly?

As of Chapter 4, it's a little difficult to say for sure how warranted the tag is, looking at it solely by the definition used on this site. Previously, as I recall, it was mostly swinging and sharing scenarios, with Max present in some way, except for the scenes with Steve and Aunt 2. I never played the story with the friend and his mom, so I don't know how that one plays out. However, Chapter 4 has a couple of scenes with Rita getting some on her own, which one can debate about the exact classification of endlessly, but erring on the side of caution, I'd say they qualify even if no other scenes do. For the sake of discussion, it doesn't help that the game just calls all of this content "NTR" (albeit in the context of the toggle, so it's hardly worth taking issue with in this game).
Obviously not that guy, but I've seen both versions. If I remember correctly, most scenes up to Chapter 4 had an option at the start, regardless of the toggle setting, except for the aforementioned Steve/Aunt scenes, which just played regardless, and the porn films, which play the version corresponding to the toggle (it doesn't ask you which one you want to see). In Chapter 4, it doesn't ask before any of the scenes and just plays the corresponding version. It also changes some of the dialogue surrounding the scenes to change the context, so they at this point might as well exist in different continuities. I previously kept it on to pick and choose which ones I saw (because I don't give a rat's ass about Aunt 2), but that's not tenable anymore. (This isn't comprehensive, mind you, I likely missed some things, but the gist is accurate.)
